Difficult install with lots of challenges- called for backup to do the job correctly.

The Agents were patient and kind. When they set up the lighting, they took the time to explain the functions. Very helpful.

Installation seemed fine initally but Hue lights went out in a matter of weeks. Installer should have known that there was evidence of calcification on garage light that caused problem.

Installer is good bestbuy process to schedule appointments is very bad . Most of the bestbuy customers service agents are knowledgeable about the appointment process. Bestbuy agent scheduled incorrect appointment i had to wait until install date to find out about the incorrect appointment. Then required to make new appointment. So i wated 3 weeks in this process.
