I am so happy with this experience, it saved so much frustration if I tried to do it myself. I bought a new TV and the mount I originally bought didn't fit my wall due to stud spacing, so they installed a similar mount which I am actually more happy with. 10/10 would recommend!

a bit of attitude but otherwise good

They said "you only paid for 1 mounting". Yeah, if i’d hired someone myself, they’d do the job until I was fully satisfied. Fortunately for them it worked out, but i didn’t like this attitude.
