The installation team was very good and very efficient installing the TV.

Really impressed with this mount. It moves very easily, even with my 85" mounted to it. It comes out from the wall and swings left to right with ease. Impressed with this mount! I also let the BestBuy crew deliver and mount this for me. I generally would do this myself, but I am glad I used them. Quick, professional and friendly. Very satisfied!

This service is well worth the cost. I had the Geeks mount an 83" TV for me. They are very professional, and you can tell they take pride in their work. They respect the area they work in and leave it as clean as they found it. I may never mount a TV myself, I was very impressed with their service.

This Best Buy store has the appliance delivery guys to help out the home theatre guys. The appliance guys can't remove old tv from wall; only home theatre guys can do that. Derek & Drew, appliance delivery guys, delivered our Samsung 65" TV and were very efficient and careful. Very pleased with their work. However, we were told that whoever showed up first (Installers or "Hauler-awayers" would remove old tv. Derek & Drew came back to haul away the old tv, but since it was still on the wall, they couldn't touch it. Steven & JJ, home theatre installers, removed and hauled away the old tv. Best Buy wasted time & effort for Derek & Drew. Nice guys, but not their job.

The Geek Squad members came through and adjusted my old mount and mounted my new tv with no problem. Jake and his co worker from the North Canton Geek Squad are pros. I appreciate all they did.

Big shout out to Wyatt and Andrew! They arrived on time and mounted a new TV upstairs, new soundbar, and old tv in the basement. They confirmed everything with me before installation and were in and out. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Will be using the service again and requesting Wyatt and Andrew.

This was purchased as the main use TV... and it's been used a lot. Never fails, great quality, and ok sound. But what TV has good sound out of the box. I bought a sound bar for that.

They came out at the designated time, they were nice, polite, brought covers for their shoes. They did an excellent job of installing the tv.

Two gentlemen came in on time and quickly mounting my TV. Mess and trash all cleaned up. I only wish they ran the cables through the built in hidden cable ports in my wall.

THE TWO GUYS WERE WONDERFUL & VERY HELPFUL; THEY ALSO MADE SURE TO CLEAN THEIR MESS & CAME IN THE HOUSE WITH SHOE COVERINGS
