BB Never Installed & Never Refunded

I paid $300 to have 4 cameras installed and they were never installed. I have not received a refund either. BB forgot to send over the home base with the “Geek Squad” so the “Geek Squad” refused to install the cameras because they all connect to the home base. I called BB. The home base is back ordered and the “Geek Squad” is just a third party contractor. They told me to contact the third party contractor myself to resolve the matter. BB has not sent the home base and has not refunded me for the install.

Service was excellent completed job in a timely fashion television wall mount was excellent and he removed all debris upon completion.

If the solar panels HAD worked with the Arlo cameras that we had purchased and now have, this would have been a great purchase. The technician took the solar panels back (for full refund) but advised us to buy rechargeable C123A batteries for the Arlo cameras (which we did, and which now makes the security cameras work).

Jake did a great job with my installation of 2 Nest cameras. He was also careful to hide the cords and didn't bat an eye when we tested a few locations before permanently mounting the cameras. I really appreciate people that want to be there, doing their job. Completely professional and I wouldn't hesitate to have them do another installation.

I had the Geek Squad install my Arlo Pro 2, 4 camera system with base station. The people were competent and professional. I showed them where to install location wise. System works great!

This has overall been a terrible experience. I do have the equipment installed now, however, the installation looks sloppy. I have wires connecting the camera & battery hanging loose. They should have mounted them right next to each other. I have an $800k home with loose wires hanging down on both front corners.

The cameras on one of my installation s have cords dangling and are sitting crooked. I got TotalTech because my husband has an injury. Now hes going to have to get a ladder and fix it. I cancelled Totaltech and it doesnt give you the rest of the time you already paid for yourextended warranty. It just stops the day you cancel. I just didnt want to auto renew.

I bought 6 Arlo cameras, 4 solar panels for the cameras, installation and we are at the $1,000.00 investment mark. It was installed in a manner where the security system does not function. Geeks should not install security camera systems without realizing the solar panel must have direct sunlight to charge

YOUR SALES STAFF RECOMMENDED THIS CAMERA AFTER THE RING WOULD NOT WORK. GEEK SQUAD INSTALLED IT. NEITHER THE CAMERA NOR THE SOLAR PANEL WORK. THE SOLAR PANEL RESULTED IN "0%" BATTERY AND CAMERA CAUSED SMARTPHONE TO GO OFF EVERY TIME A CAR DROVE BY HOUSE.
I WASD WAITING FOR GEEKS TO COME OUT WHEN THE VIRUS CLOSED DOWN EVERYTHING.
