We can provide lessons on how to navigate a Mac or Windows operating system, teaching you basic functions like manipulating windows, connecting devices, and using common keyboard shortcuts.
Surfing the Web
We can demonstrate the basics of using your Web browser.
Using additional features
We can give you an overview of any software included with the operating system, and a brief tutorial on how to use your music player, organize your photos and videos and more.

I took the towers for each computer into Best Buy/GeekSquad for the purpose to transfer hard drive information (especially the Stored Messages) . I cannot find those files now on the Windows 10. Had my granddaughter help me yesterday and she finally found them in the wrong place and because of this she could not open them. I cannot bring the machines back, at this time, because of the Coronavirus protocol and cannot ask a Geek Squad person come to the house. I just hope my Windows 7 doesn't shut down on me. Geek Squad set up laptop quickly
Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.
The Geek Squad agent set the laptop up and showed me how to link it to the other devices.
I was helped by a very knowledgeable Geek Squad associate. I had some technical problems with 4k video editing software that were solved to my satisfaction. I recently received a Mac laptop and he helped me with various nagging glitches I couldn't clear up on my own.
A:AnswerIt can be tailored to your needs. It is meant to be a personalized education experience around the basics of your Mac or PC. The Agent can do an overview of how to use software that comes along with your operating system (Ex. how to use your music player, organize photos/videos), They can show you how to use your browser, common keyboard shortcuts, etc.
A:AnswerThe One Hour Basic Training service would be for an Agent to come out to your house and do a 1 on 1 training on how to use your new device. If you need to move files from your old computer to a new computer, it would be a separate service (a data transfer).
