- Answer Hi RoxyElaine, Using the rear feed tray, the WorkForce Pro WF-7840 is rated for 68 lb. paper. This includes double-sided printing. The rating was developed using Epson-brand paper, which is specifically designed for Epson printers, so third-party paper may not feed as well. The ADF can hold 50 11" x 17" sheets at a time. - Answer Hi MARC, We cannot test all third-party media in the WorkForce Pro WF-7840 so cannot guarantee that it will work, or have acceptable quality. Visit the Epson support site for the WF-7840 to see a list of paper types known to work with the printer. Regarding size, the largest sheet you can print in the WF-7840 is 13" x 47.2". - Answer Yes. 4 cartridges (Black, Yellow, Magenta, and Blue). There is an available larger Black cartridge that you can purchase to replace the smaller one after use.

- Answer Hi Daveyboy, You can print on 4.25" x 5.5" sheets using the WF-7840 by creating a User Defined size in the printer driver. You only need to do this once. We cannot test all third-party media so cannot guarantee print quality. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
