A:AnswerYou can use this with the adapter that comes with it at home, or in your car ( plugged into the car). And it charges so you can use it without electricity. However the battery only lasts for 1 movie or about 2 and a half hours. It is a real nice machine with a clear picture. The swivel screen is nice also if you need to move the screen for better viewing.
A:AnswerI'm pretty sure but I'm not 100% positive if you turn it off it will resume when you were turn it back on that's only if you push stop one time however if you push stop twice it will go to the very beginning the next time you play it
A:AnswerI used it on a car trip (which creates its own ambient noise) and on the highest volume, I could easily hear the dialogue (I was driving and my daughter was using from the middle row. But I suppose it depends on how loud you are looking for it to go. The volume on this goes from 1 to 20.... Hope this helps.
A:AnswerI purchased this portable DVD player as a gift but my understanding is that both the audio and video will play on a TV. Make sure that the TV has red and white audio inputs and a yellow composite video input. Many newer TVs do not have these inputs; they only have HDMI inputs.
A:AnswerI wouldn't suggest it. As with any electronic device, you want to make sure that the vents can allow airflow. The towel would prevent the necessary airflow to cool the components.
