The geek squad installers were great. Helped us out a lot!

The agent did a good job it had him stumped for a bit but in the end he got it, good guy, he found out why my sub woofer and the center spearkers were not working nice to have full sound

The agent came to do a reinstall on my receiver for my home theater system. He found out that the receiver was bad and subwoofer was also not working. Had to buy new ones. They came back to install the new items and now it’s all working correctly.

The guys did an excellent job..they are awesome. I would definitely recommend you guys to family and friends.

My Geek Squad guys, Sam and Orlando, did a terrific job mounting my LG OLED to the wall, installing four ceiling speakers, setting up a center and two front tower speakers, and connecting my blu-ray player to my new receiver, not once, but twice. When making the connections to the first receiver, they realized that it was for a 7.2 surround setup and I needed a 9.2 receiver setup. They even installed a pair of outdoor speakers for the receiver's zone 2. After all of their hard work, they programmed my logitech remote to work it all. After they left and I had the remote in my hands, I tried to remember all they had said. Unfortunately, I found a way to screw it up and couldn't get my TV to come back on. After contacting them, at the end of their day, and heading back to the store, they stopped back by my house and quickly fixed what I "ruined" and told me not to touch "that button". :) Many thanks to both gentlemen, they are true professionals!

This review is for Ryan and his co-tech who came thrice to install my entire home theater system in my new basement. They coordinated with me to get the wiring done before the basement walls and ceiling were completed, and then returned twice to complete the setup of the devices - projector, screen, receiver, speakers, nvidia etc. They faced multiple hurdles while doing the installation, but Ryan had a solution for everything, and took time to patiently implement those. They were always very professional and customer-focused. I will recommend them to anyone.

Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I have had no issues since they came out and redid the set up of my receiver to my tv, and all other audio equipment. I would recommend them to anyone, and it did not take a long time to get them to come out.

Indicated when they were coming by text and by phone call. Geek squad arrived on time and completed the job with good communication. They encountered a problem and were able to provide a good working solution well worth the time and expertise as they taught me a few things about the technology that we had installed. Recommended!

Agent upgraded my old Bose lifestyle system to my hmdi only smart tv…..it works great and they also added a device that enabled me to get Bluetooth……it was worth the money

The geek squad team lead by Rafael were excellent very professional and took their time and explained to me step-by-step what was the best outcome for the situation that I had. It was really great to see young men from the community working in such a pivotal role I knew they had been background checked and fingerprinted and they took pride in the work that they did. My only concern was that the other geek squad and the surrounding counties have geek squad cars and unfortunately these two young men showed up in what looked to be some type of rental because the geek squad cars in the Pinole store we’re all down that was traveling for me as a taxpayer here in West County. Please provide our local geek squad teams a geek squad car as the other communities have such as Emeryville Cocker ECT…

I am completely satisfied with today's service. The technicians kept me informed prior to their arrival. They arrived on time. They were very careful setting up their equipment to begin the installation. During the installation they worked as a team. After the installation was completed they cleaned up the areas worked and gave my wife and I a thorough review of how the new surround system worked. I am very satisfied with the service and the product I received. Thank you.

Salesman helped find just the right receiver at a reasonable price. The Geek showed up on time and re-wired the system perfectly. He then demonstrated all of the features in "old folks" jargon so that my wife and I could obtain the optimum qualities and functions.

The guys installed my new Onkyo receiver and got it all hooked up to the tv using my Xfinity remote. Perfect.

We had a problem with a new Denon receiver not recognizing our new LG receiver. Andrew is knowledgeable and very pleasant and solved the problem so far….hopefully the new Onkyo receiver.

We bought the JBL Home Theater sound system from BestBuy, and the installation process was incredibly difficult. The first agent who came to install it completely messed it up, he dropped and broke on of our speakers, fried the center speaker, and did not connect the wires properly. The second agent was not able to fix the issues either. Finally, Austin Worrel was assigned as our agent and he completely replaced the installation - new wires, everything set-up and working perfectly. We are very satisfied with his work! He was incredibly friendly and nice throughout the process, being understanding and explaining everything thoroughly. He is an incredible worker! We have told everyone we know that if they purchase something from Best Buy to try and get Austin to be their agent. Truly great worker!

My Denon receiver, which was out of warranty but still fairly new, couldn’t switch to the satellite input. When resetting it didn’t work, Denon said it was broken and needed to go to the shop. I decided to replace it instead and ordered a new one (different brand) from Best Buy, with installation by the Geek Squad. When the Geek Squad person came by with the new receiver, he asked what my problem was with the old one. When I told him, he said he could fix that. It was a logic jam up because I had several devices that could control hdmi switching. He reprogrammed things so that only my receiver remote controlled switching, and everything was working properly. He said my Denon was new enough that there was no need to replace it. He returned the new receiver, saving me $600. The whole thing cost me $49.99. Excellent service. I couldn’t be happier.
