Fixed my issue, saving me from a expensive TVrepair. Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable guys. Have a HDMI problem with my TV and he came up with a workaround, saving me hundreds of dollars. I have also, used Geek Squad to install ceiling speakers and they did a great job with that. Thanks guys! Your the best!!

The geek squad did a great job. I used to set up stereos and hi fi by myself but the complexity has surpassed my abilities. They connected by new Marantz AVR to my TV, to my new KEF speakers, balanced it all and we couldn't have been more plead with the result

They helped my diagnosis my problem and order the Correct receiver to fix the problem and came to install it as promised

It's good to have an expert do the set up. I like to do my own installations but recently had surgery on my shoulder. The tech showed up at the right time and handled everything in a very short time. Their familiarity with all things AV make it simple for them and they can show you very quickly how to get the most out of your new set up.

Geek squad set everything very quickly and they were very knowledgeable

The agents hooked up our blu ray and sound system before my wife's surgery and recovery. We are very pleased at having the system set up and she now can enjoy movies and tv while being laid up for the next 6 or so weeks. We appreciated the ease of their getting it done and showing us how it all functions.

The Squad was out to our home several times to mount TVs and set up sound bars, and other various A/V items. Always courteous and answered all of our questions.

The A/V receiver & amplifier is an excellent piece of audio equipment to go with the TV. It is installed in our outdoor kitchen. We use it to listen to baseball & football games, & to listen to music.

Nice professional job. All cords neat and out of the way.. Very nice tech took time to explain how everything worked with my new set up and how it was different. I'm not a techie person so he was very patient

Everything appeared to work fine when the tech was here and I was super excited. The very next day the subwoofer stopped working and hasnt worked since. I purchased the cable the tech me to get and still nothing. Pretty frustrating after spending $140 to have someone check the wires and have it working great.

Ty arrived within the appointment window. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The problem was resolved in a short amount of time.

Highly recommend Geek Squad for home theatre installations. We purchased a home theatre unit. I’m pretty knowledgeable about media installations but this one as over my head. Kyle, our installer, had it installed and configured within 45 minutes.

Agent connected projector via Firestick to AV Receiver. Point to note: confirm standard of AV Receiver & Firestick. Despite equipment being 4K capable AV Receiver was not. All good at the end of the day. Commendations to Shanna.

This went smoothly, bought a record player for my elderly in laws and then hired geek squad to hook it up for them. I wasn't there but the tech called me to state when he would be there and called afterwards to let me know it was done and he showed them how to operate and where to reference in the manual should they have any trouble

The agent was very knowledgeable regarding our equipment. He was prompt, communicated well and thorough. We still have the issue, but the tech’s visit helped narrow the issue down to a single component.

Called in advance to confirm time. Arrived and installed TV in less than an hour, despite changes necessary because of TV size (had extra wall mounts available in truck). No mess, cleaned up themselves and very professional throughout.
