The Squad was out to our home several times to mount TVs and set up sound bars, and other various A/V items. Always courteous and answered all of our questions.

My new receiver is doing the job, and just added a dvd to it today.

Called in advance to confirm time. Arrived and installed TV in less than an hour, despite changes necessary because of TV size (had extra wall mounts available in truck). No mess, cleaned up themselves and very professional throughout.

Fixed my issue, saving me from a expensive TVrepair. Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable guys. Have a HDMI problem with my TV and he came up with a workaround, saving me hundreds of dollars. I have also, used Geek Squad to install ceiling speakers and they did a great job with that. Thanks guys! Your the best!!

From start to finish the geek squad and Will especially, who was the member of the geek squad who came to my house, were nothing but as professional as they could be! Will really worked so tirelessly hard to make my stereo wa just right! He made sure it was installed right and went way out of his way to make sure I knew how to operate everything. He was polite and very courteous to me. But basically the man worked hard to solve any problems that came his way. Then he made sure that I knew if I had any issues at all that I was to get ahold of him and he would immediately correct or help me if I didn’t understand something. I mean, what more can you ask of someone or the company the representative? I don’t know what Best Buy is paying the man but Will deserves a big raise because he did them and Best Buy a heck of a representation! I will never forget this absolutely wonderful experience and I will absolutely tell people to go through Best Buy and the geek squad for all your tech jobs!! The staff at Best Buy have installed all of my electronic products. They are very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Anytime I purchase new electronic products I always welcome them into my home for installation of whatever the new product requires.

Ken Gage installed my Yamaha Advantage receiver to replace old receiver. Connected to existing LG75" t.v. And explained all the new features I can utilize. We can still remember how to change using all remotes. Smart, nice gentleman. Thanks Ken!
