The technicians installed all the equipment for my CD player.

The agent delivered the AVR X1700H and made all the necessary connections. He also set up the Audyssey MultEQXT speaker sound system. The agent (Dakota) was very professional and knowledgeable.

The tech figured out what was going on with my Tv and suggested the Samsung soldier to help with the voice sound safes me money verse buying a new Tv

The geek squad is the best! They know their product, they know their installation, and, you can’t stump them with questions. Extremely friendly, also.

I was on the phone with customer service for a software product that I use. I showed the Geek Squad technician the tv and he installed the headphones quickly and, as far as I can tell, correctly. They work fine!

The installer wasn't familiar with my product and raninto the same difficulties I ran into when I tried to install it. The manual is poorly written to try to work with an external amp. The installer finally found step not detailed in the manual for which I am grateful. I would not recommend this receiver. But was happy with the installer.

The guys arrived on time and they knew what they needed to do right away to fix the problem I'd been struggling with for 2 weeks. They answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions), set up all my devices and actually saved some money for me. A really good experience! I highly recommend them!

Both times having used the geek squad service members have nothing but good things to say. From the initial install setup to the addition of two more surround speakers that I called for another set up install all team members were very friendly and also gave a lot of insight regarding the systems functions. If anything is ordered in the future will definitely be calling the geek squad for install.

Ease of use just what I needed not to hard to figure out the old one I had was made in 1982 that's about when we bought it so we def got our moneys worth out of it

these guys were out of originally to put the TV up they were here tonight on melt the old remount the new they were professional they were up to speed on the TV and the rest they were clean tidy respectful I recommend these guys do any kind of work for Best Buy they were phenomenal

We could have connected our new receiver ourselves, but we wouldn't have known to test our speaker system with it, or how to ensure we'd stop getting HDCP error messages. But the Geek we had knew how to do both those things! Great service, and can't imagine ever setting something up without them!
