Quick and fast…. Great work!!!! Would def use again!!!

They installed my system efficiently and were very polite. They were unsure how to go from a 6.1 speaker setup to a 7.2 setup but the receiver on screen setup walked them through the process.

In dealing with my remote control issue during my last visit by the Geek Squad, they reset my new receiver and checked the programming for my new TV. In going through the set up process which was not performed completely during the initial install, it was determined that I had 2 bad HDMI cables that were causing some of my problems. These were replaced. Appropriate clearance regarding the TV sensor and fixing the programming of the new receiver solved my issue. Jamal and Eric were outstanding...thank you!

CD player was very well connected to stereo system by the in service technician. Highly recommend this service.

My tech was quietly professional. Wore foot covers, wiped TV screen clean, gave remote control demo for new set up. Everything worked great. He is a real asset.
