Nice printer for home office, good price and size. Quality of scans/copies and prints are good. I've had it for 5 months (approx 400- 500 copies/print pages) and haven't had to add any ink yet. I had two HP's in the past 4 years and had to ditch them both due to print head issues. Curious to see how the Brother MFC-J995DW last.

The printer is very good. Print quality is good and accurate. Automatic double sided printing. Just a couple of things that bother: 1. The app doesn't work directly. It requires the mopria app to also be installed. 2. Printing from the cellphone is very slow. However, overall, we're still happy with the printer.

Great printer that’s easy to setup and easy on the ink. I love Brother printers for their value and quality. The MFC-J995DW is no exception. If you need to print color documents, it’s a great option. The sheet feed scanner is a bonus and it works well.

Finally an ink jet printer that is easy to set up for wifi and has GIANT ink tanks that won't run dry right away. The epson this model replaced could do none of those things. I'm very happy with this printer.

Both greyscale and color printing, and scanning work well. I haven't tried any other features yet. One minor gripe is that the USB cable wasn't included in the box; and the location of the USB plug is in strange place in the middle of the printer under the cover panel.

Finally a printer that works. I’ve tried all brands with most lasting less than a year. We use Brother printers at work and rarely have problems. Due to supply shortages I had to wait 3 months for it to come back in stock. Well worth the wait.

Was able to connect this to my network with ease! The control panel is in the front of the printer and is easy to read. Paper drawer holds a small amount of paper, but that is easy to replenish. Print is crisp and printer works well overall.

I went from a Epson to the Brothers and wish I had choose a Brothers first. I have printed more pages with this printer and still have not had to replace a printer cartridge. I have not changed my usage and still print the same as I have in the past. Great printer!!!

Love, Love, Love this printer it is so easy to use and has held up since I purchased it. I am still using the original ink cartridge. Wifi access, SD slot, and phone app access. I purchased it on sale it def was an excellent buy.

Good solution to to volume home printer. Cheap ink cost. Feels a little flimsy but has worked well for the last month. I was very impressed with the ease of network setup. I’ve set up 10 wireless printers on my LAN over the last few years and this was the only one that self connected without a hitch.

Love this printer. Had HP printers for over 12 years and this is the first Brother printer that we purchased. We have yet to run out of ink and have went through almost a whole case of paper. No issues with the wireless and iprint features.

This is my first Brother printer. Made the purchase because of the positive reviews. I'm using this with an i-Mac & wi-fi connection. Reference Guide should have more information on the power choice. The time on the printer does not show the correct time if you completely power off, not Sleep Mode which is not explained. I found out thru trial, wi-fi disconnection, phone call support. I have to leave it is Sleep Mode (no issue) or I loose wi-fi connection. Photos on plain paper not very good. Faxing nice feature if you need it & in an easy spot to disconnect phone line. I do not use printer everyday, but turns right on when I need it. The Quiet Mode, which I tried, makes printing slower. It is not a noise machine, like where the ink is located.

Owned for over a month now, it was super easy to set up, works great as a network printer, easily connected on WiFi, prints are beautiful and the speed of printing color photos is great. This does not stop to cool down like so many others. Would highly recommend

If you own a business or have school aged children this printer is amazing. It’s now 7/10/20 10 months later I still have ink have not needed to replace any ink as of yet. My magenta is running low now but still have a ways to go before I need more.

I love this printer. I haven't had any issues so far. I am only printing documents and all have turned out nicely. My daughter just started college and if she needs a printer I will be buying her one of these!

I was looking for an inexpensive, reliable home printer. Since I don't print that much, I didn't want to go higher end. This is my first Brother printer and so far it is great! Easy to use and does everything I need it to.

So far I've been impressed with this printer. It does well with printing in B/W and in color and the speed is acceptable. My only complaint is the scanner. I tried to scan a picture and it turned out darker than the original image. That could be user error though, so I won't hold it against the product. I have yet to see how the auto-ink refill works, but so far it has not used much ink at all given how much we've printed and the ink prices are fairly low compared to other printers. I have had a few issues with it dropping offline and getting it back online, but again that was probably user error. Overall I'm impressed and recommend this printer for everyday family use.

Had this for just over a week and works really well. It says it comes with ink for a year but we will see. I print more than most as I do use it for work things too. Color comes out nice and clear as well. Would definitely recommend!

This printer is a good size, takes huge cartridges (came with a supposed years'supply of ink) and prints, scans and copies well. I only have it a 5 because the NFC process is a but complex and the power-saving mode results in failure to print if you don't wake it up first.
