Geek Squad was on time, very personable and professional. Went right to work setting up two tvs and transferring data from one. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction and went over all the features of the install with me. Also swiped hard drive of an older computer.

Kyle was professional, helpful and conscientious. I appreciate those qualities and the result that let me sit down in front of my iMac and use it right then and there. My decision to buy the iMac at Best Buy and then have a Geek Squad agent set it up was the right thing to do.

The Geek Squad not only set up my devices quickly but was very helpful in explaining all the new features of my devices. He answered my questions, was not rushed to leave, and walked me through the things I needed to know. I would absolutely work with the Geek Squad again for any future needs.

unfortunately there was a hardware problem.w my Epsin printer and i.ve been in limbo trying to download the software on the replacement. due to Epson issues I haven't had a working printer since I purchased the first Epson and I appreciate my Geek Swuad guy for at least finding the problem was w the printer itself

The Geek Squad installed my new computer, transferred the data from my old computer to the new and set everything up. Could not have done this myself, he was a lifesaver. He even helped me get rid of my old one. Very pleasant young man who really helped. Would recommend them highly.

The installation went great except here was an issue with the security that as sold to me was not compatible with my iMac so it took 8 visits to the store to be corrected! After it was said and done was very disappointed with the fact that the service was good but disappointed at having to go to th store 8 days before I could bring my unit home!!!

These guys do a good job. They are knowledgeable and are efficient.

The tech was able to show me everything he did as he went along he kept social distance he was polite and everything was explained to me I loved how hard he worked to get my printer which was an older printer to work with the Wi-Fi of my new laptop but he did it by far the best tech I've had out

Geek Squad installed a new router for me and tested everything before they left. All was working. I didn’t realize that I had forgotten about connecting my wireless printer until after the technician left. I rescheduled with 30 days of the first appointment and he come back and set up the printer for me. It was much appreciated.

The squad member that was very nice professional knowledgeable, friendly and he answered all my questions resetting up my system trust me HP new printers really sucking instructional information Yet he made it seem very simple so yes I would recommend the geek squad very much.

the rep that came to our church and installed our computer was extremely efficient and super friendly. he did not make me feel like I was dumb when I couldn't immediately answer his questions. a very nice young man and a great representative of your company.

The agent transferred material from my old computer to my new computer. He then installed my new computer to my new printer and integrated everything to my new Verizon Jetpack. He then gave me some instructions on how to use the new equipment. I was very happy with the Geek Squad agent and his knowledge. He did a great job.

The agent connected my HP laptop and transferred all my e-mails to the new device. He also connected my printer to the laptop, and installed the latest Office update. He did a remarkable job in a short amount of time. Chris Vogt is an excellent technician!

Three Geek Squad staff visited my home for set-up of my laptop computer because one was in training, supervised by another one, who was being monitored by a third person. All three would have earned my highest praise, even if one alone had been there. They obviously knew what they were doing and treated me and my residence with the upmost respect. I am grateful.

Agent Steven and agent Roy came to our home on schedule 2 install our new printer to the phones and laptop. We had the printer installed to the desktop but could not figure out the previous. 20 minutes tops and it was done. Very friendly and very professional. Will not hesitate to ask for their help again

It was great to have the Geek Squad set up and configure a new replacement computer, including installing drivers for multiple printers/scanners, old software and new software. Comforting to know the job was done professionally and correctly.

Since we are not the most tech savvy people, we chose to have Geek Squad set up and transfer data to our new desktop. The tech (Austin) called first to estimate his arrival time, arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, answered all our questions, and made sure we were satisfied before he left. A great experience!
