The process of installing and transferring files went smoothLy. On the old computer was using very old version of Quicken that we tried earlier to update w/o success. Geek Squad was able to add the files to my new computer...which contains important yearly tax information...he saved the day!

Omar was very pleasant and professional. He made the installation and transferring material from my old desktop to my new one a breeze. He explained everything about the new computer and made sure that we understood it.

The agent, Nouman, did an excellent job of installing a new printer for use on the connected computer. We greatly appreciately the quality of his service and his pleasant demeanor while doing his work. We will ask for him for all future in-home service.

Set up by "Michael" - professional and helpful. I don't blame him for my problems with the printer as the problem didn't occur until he had left. He returned and identified a heating element problem. As I am handicapped, he even carried the printer to my car so I could return it. Too bad there is just one of him - hardly a "Squad". Best Buy is lucky to have him.

Roy Love , my Geek guy is fantastic! He is very patient with this non-tech savey user. He answered all my questions, and took the time to show me how to use the features that I would use most! He also helped me dispose of my old computer, as it was too heavy for me to carry. You are really lucky to have Roy as one of your employees!

Not Kidding, my IT guy was amazing, quick, very knowledgeable, and fixed all my electronics. Best decision I have ever made to have someone get me completely set up. I have not experienced any glitches or problems! Its been a lot of fun playing with my new toys. Thanks again, Debbie

Clay was the agent that installed my new Mac computer and transferred data from the old one. I cannot say enough good things about his service and professionalism. He was careful regarding Covid policies and very knowledgeable regarding questions I had with my new computer.

Chris Haney is very easy to have in the house. He is knowledgdable, pleasant, and experienced. He is willing to help me with any problem I have, and set up my photo-copier completely. I look forward to seeing him professionaly the next time I have questions.

Attempted to purchase monitor w built in camera and set appointment for Geek Squad to set up new computer. Sales staff very difficult to work with. After a few attempts to find a monitor on line (none in stock of course), we (being 2-3 staff) gave up and I just asked to set up HOME appointment with Geek Squad to set up my new computer. Salesman kept trying to sell me the "plan" and kept insisting on writing it up as an in store set up rather than home "because most people bring their computers in". As a Senior, I assured him I didn't do that and happy to pay for in home. Finally, after 2 other agents joined it, the sale and appointment were made. During this hour long trial and error, another agent stopped by the desk drinking coffee and twice set the coffee container on the desk next to the keyboard. Excuse me, not a break room. Fortunately, the Geek Squad appointment went smoothly with a capable tech patient enough to explain and get set up from XP to 10. In store experience another matter.

I specifically got the in-home set-up of my new PC so that I could ask my questions first hand about my new PC, and the technician could more easily perform all the actions of data transfer, software installation, network set-up, etc. I really appreciate the professional job the Geek Squad does!

Jordan, the Geek Squad agent, was thorough and pleasant. He set up our new PC, connected all the necessary perpherals, and answered all the questions we had. He wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers, and his concern for safety protocol was greatly appreciated.

Hans came out and connected my new computer. He was able to transfer all the info from my old computer and even came back and called to see how things were going. I would totally recommend the Geek Squad for any technical problem you are facing.

I've forgotten the name of the young geek, but he was great. He knew what to do and did it. As an 87 year old geek myself, I probably drove him nuts, but he tolerated it. As I said, the Geek Squad is a great name for IT "mechanics". Keep up the good work!!!

Everyone that's with the Geek Squad is amazing we've used them in the past and I am using them now with my new computer set up was easy walking me through it was even easier I'm Amazed because I didn't think I'd be able to use it but he made my life simple thank you so much

Kain Si-Hoon Kim did a fantastic job of setting up my computer and printer. He went above and beyond our requests. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He thoroughly answered all of my many, many questions. I would highly recommend him and the service he provided!

This is something I could have done myself. Could have. Enough skills and savvy. But along the way it would have taken more time - a lot more, when you add getting not only the computer up and running, but e v e r y t h i n g on it and four printers connected and internet and ..... Anytime you want to call me a geek I’ll take it as a compliment.

I bought a new IMAC and probably could have set it up myself but it would have taken me days...so I hired the Geek Squad. Gustavo showed up on time and after 2hrs..ALL SET UP and material transferred. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel stupid at all. This service is the BEST. I would definitely hire them again.

The installer gave me courtsesy call before coming and had no problem finding my house. He was very nice and answered all my questions. Was able to transfer my data and programs with no problems. He stayed as long as it took to do everything I wanted
