Our printer at home had died - and we needed a new one ASAP! I went to Best Buy and I didn't know where the printers were. The wonderful gentleman who helped me not only showed me where they were but helped me in selecting the right one for our needs! Love Best Buy! Next visit will be to buy a new computer!!!!!!!!

I already know way too much about all my technical stuff: computers, scanners, TVs, phones....on and on and on. So I dread having to take the time to set stuff up, get it going flawlessly and so forth. This program lets me get back to business pronto, which is what I want the tech stuff for.

I'm not going any place else, the Geek Squad installed and walked me through on how to work everything. They even came back to troubleshoot at no extra charge. They are on top of everything and answer you call and get things done right.

I have nothing but praise for the Geek Squad. Dana McDonald was excellent. She came to my house and set up my computer. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant. My set up is not the easiest for a home network, but she was able to accomplish everything. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Agent Jonathan at the Panama City, FL location did a tremendous job installing my printer, monitor, etc. I purchased the total care package and it is well worth the money in m y opinion. Subsequent to this visit I utilized their call in service and was equally impressed with it.

The agent set up my computer and printer and did a great job. He was courteous and followed all safety guidelines and explained everything very clearly. it was my first experience with the Geek Squad and I would definitely use them again.

buying my new monitor was very easy and it was delivered the very next day. I went back to buy new speakers and the associate helped me buy them and they work beautifully. the geek squad came and hooked up everything. very happy !!!!!

From conversion of our old computer to the set up of our new Mac the Geek Squad either facilitated the conversion or assisted us in the proper set up and use of our new Apple Mac. Very professional and helpful often times proactively introducing us to features.

The agent set up the computer as well as the printer in a very timely manner. All work was completed and the system was checked out for proper operation and and instructions were given to properly maintain the equipment.

They have been here 3 times, once for TV, twice for printer. They did a good job and took away the packaging. They set up everything and explained how to use it. And quicker than waiting for my son to find the time to do it. Professional job done in a timely manner.

Ben installed three Apple TV’s and relocated our router-modem to a central location in our home, wi-Fi connectivity is now great throughout our home and Apple TV is working fantastic. Efficient installation, courteous review of how to use — all excellent!
