Agent Jonathan at the Panama City, FL location did a tremendous job installing my printer, monitor, etc. I purchased the total care package and it is well worth the money in m y opinion. Subsequent to this visit I utilized their call in service and was equally impressed with it.

Skylar, the geek squad person was on time and was very efficient in set up of new iMac. She answers questions in a straightforward manner and in language I can understand. I texted a few questions to her after she left and she promptly answered.

Jason is the best service rep that I've ever encountered. He's exceptionally knowledgeable with both Apple and PC computers. His assistance made our transition from a PC environment to the Apple iMac environment painless.

I'm not going any place else, the Geek Squad installed and walked me through on how to work everything. They even came back to troubleshoot at no extra charge. They are on top of everything and answer you call and get things done right.

The agent set up my computer and printer and did a great job. He was courteous and followed all safety guidelines and explained everything very clearly. it was my first experience with the Geek Squad and I would definitely use them again.

From conversion of our old computer to the set up of our new Mac the Geek Squad either facilitated the conversion or assisted us in the proper set up and use of our new Apple Mac. Very professional and helpful often times proactively introducing us to features.

buying my new monitor was very easy and it was delivered the very next day. I went back to buy new speakers and the associate helped me buy them and they work beautifully. the geek squad came and hooked up everything. very happy !!!!!

They have been here 3 times, once for TV, twice for printer. They did a good job and took away the packaging. They set up everything and explained how to use it. And quicker than waiting for my son to find the time to do it. Professional job done in a timely manner.

Ben installed three Apple TV’s and relocated our router-modem to a central location in our home, wi-Fi connectivity is now great throughout our home and Apple TV is working fantastic. Efficient installation, courteous review of how to use — all excellent!

I start by saying I am sorry that I forgot the name of the tech that came out to set us up and transfer all data from system 1 to current. He was the easiest to talk to and did a great job of accomplishing what we needed. Joe Gaffney

I cannot say enough about Nik and Miguel. The amount of time they took to get my tower up and running was incredible. We really thought that all was lost, But they did their "magic" tricks, never gave up and saved everything for us. They both deserve a HUGE raise!!!!!!

Had geek squad install a printer. Installation was seemless, quick and easy. Knowledgeable tech, make sure all functions and devises were connected and operating. Highly recommend the geek squad for instalations

Bought a new wireless printer. Needed help to get it set up as well as how to print from my phone & tablet. He answered every question, repeated directions as I needed them, and was so polite. He did not leave until I was confident that I could use my printer. Super work!

An HP printer that had been used with my old computer was set up to work with the new one. A test page proved the printer was working when the tech left but the next day the printer was not working. The tech returned and found the glitch and soon had the printer working again. There was a $49 charge for the original “Add-On Computer setup” to install the printer but there was no charge for the return visit.
