The agent set up the computer as well as the printer in a very timely manner. All work was completed and the system was checked out for proper operation and and instructions were given to properly maintain the equipment.

Very impressed with the Geek Squad professional that came to set up my new HP computer and a HP printer. He was able to extract most of my data and photos from the hard drive on the old computer and seemlessly port it to the new one. He showed several ways to use my new computer.

The technician, Thomas, who set up my devices was friendly, knowledgeable, and above-all - patient; as he set-up several devices at the same time. With only the apple component of one device being a problem, all other conflicts were resolved and all went smoothly.
