The agent sent to help set up my laptop and printer did an excellent job. When I asked questions he answered them no matter how silly they might have been. He was very patient with me and helped me understand everything.

I cannot say enough about Nik and Miguel. The amount of time they took to get my tower up and running was incredible. We really thought that all was lost, But they did their "magic" tricks, never gave up and saved everything for us. They both deserve a HUGE raise!!!!!!

The fellows that helped me with the Geek squad experience both in the store setting it up and at my home working on my PC were helpful respectful and fun. I appreciated the experience and advice they gave me.

Bought a new wireless printer. Needed help to get it set up as well as how to print from my phone & tablet. He answered every question, repeated directions as I needed them, and was so polite. He did not leave until I was confident that I could use my printer. Super work!

The young man who came to my home was very polite and answered every question I put forth to him. His name was Cory. He kept his mind on what he was doing and got the job done correctly and efficiently.....I would recommend Cory to anyone.....good worker, great personality and knowledgeable.....

An HP printer that had been used with my old computer was set up to work with the new one. A test page proved the printer was working when the tech left but the next day the printer was not working. The tech returned and found the glitch and soon had the printer working again. There was a $49 charge for the original “Add-On Computer setup” to install the printer but there was no charge for the return visit.

The Geek Squad guys came and finished setting up our washer and dryer. They were very fast and complete. Then they made sure to answer any questions we had before they left to make sure we were happy with everything.

My Geek Squad Guy was a gem. He was amazingly fast, efficient. & friendly. He answered all my questions making what I imagined would be a stressful change in equipment a pleasure. I can't say enough about what a great person he is & what a splendid job he did.

Very impressed with the Geek Squad professional that came to set up my new HP computer and a HP printer. He was able to extract most of my data and photos from the hard drive on the old computer and seemlessly port it to the new one. He showed several ways to use my new computer.

I use Geek Squad for all of my tech stuff. Raymond, the technician, is unbelievable, knowledgeable, friendly and is always able to fix everything. He explains everything he does and is willing to answer any of my questions or show me how to use the software!
