I was fortunate enough to be assigned Brian to install my new printer. He was very knowledgeable about the installation itself as well as printer functions. I would recommend Geek Squad for any help you need (and especially Brian who was very professional).

The Agent understood my dilemma and frustration that I've had with the purchase of the Intuit QuickBook Software that I purchased Online on October 31, 2020 and was delivered and Paid for via my Chase Bank on 11/3/2020. THIS AGENT is the only one who advised me how to handle. I have been soooo frustrated with trying to obtain help, BUT THIS AGENT stayed on the phone with me until a he accomplished what needed to happen. He was "Patient", "Kind", AND "Knowledgeable"! Please, please give THIS AGENT an increased in salary! I talked to a female representative TODAY, and she hung up on me. Talked to another female agent about a month ago, and she was extremely incompetent! BUT THIS AGENT deserves "HIGH ACCOMODATIONS"! Thanks for Agents like this one.

We purchased a replacement monitor for a desktop and wanted someone to set it up for us. The GEEK SQUAD representative who came to our home was efficient and thorough and responded to all questions we had. We are an older couple and appreciated his handling of this for us.

The agents connected computer and new printer. They were very cautious wearing masks and covers on their shoes and kept a distance. Very helpful, answered questions and provided much assistance. I love the geek squad.

Nick did a great job in helping me set up my laptop. It was my 1st computer (I have had a smartphone for many years) and I have much to learn. You are very fortunate to have personnel like Nick.

Any agent that I have had in my home is courteous polite professional identify whom they are and is knowledgeable in that area and if they don't have the information they will find out and let you know.

The Geek Squad person, Martin Gonzalez, installed my new iMAC computer quickly and answered all my questions. He resolved the complicated issue of transferring my data from my old computer to my new one.

Thankful for Greg’s expertise ! We are great at using but lousy at set up . Greg installed - transferred our old data and was very clear on instructing us how to use and navigate our new Hp AIO . When we need to call Geek Squad - we will request him :)

My Geek was Anthony. He was outstanding! Because of him, my faith in the Geek Squad has been restored. Geek Squad service on the phone -or in a chat needs much work. I was extremely happy with my in home service :)

William was our Tech that came out home and I let him pick the the product that was right for our home. The reason why I asked him to do this, was because I contacted the store Geek Squad to recommend what I should buy as a Wi-Fi router and he suggested the Hawk. I came into the store to make the purchase and when William saw what I bought he told me that this product was not going to do the job. And so I returned the purchase and I let William choose what would work best. And he did. I now have the eero mesh system and I’m very happy with it. I wish I could purchase more pods, but I don’t have anymore sockets tensing in the center of my home. And so, I’m getting so much better Wi-Fi with what he chose. He’s definitely an asset to The Geek Squard!

Tommy was the best gave me alot of info on how to use all my new products went way out his to explain all setups downloaded all my pictures and documents from old hard drive and corrected the download. Super helpful.

This was terrific. I'm very uncomfortable making changes & decisions about my computer & these people are really terrific. They're wonderful at explaining things as well.

I bought to replace my very old and used machine. I made a great choose at a great price and had Geek squad come and set it up for me. Everything went great and the tech. was very helpfull. It performs well and I am very pleased with my purchase

One geek squad member showed up to install information, from my old to my new computer. He did it quickly and and only asked foe passwords as need. He also helped Retrieve passwords I forgot i had. Great job all around!!.

I had a ROKU device installed by Gregory. He is an expert. He explained in clear and precise wording how the device works and walked me thru all the various steps Gregory is a great teacher Happy with my new ROKU Thank you Gregory

The Geek Squad tech was very professional, kept in contact with me about my set-up a few days before and when he got here was very professional and kept me updated on everything he would be doing. I was very happy with the whole setup procedure.

The tech who came out, Lee Hopper, is beyond great !!! He took his time, explained everything along the way, and made sure I had no other questions prior to his leaving. Indeed, the next day, I had a question. Called Lee .... and he fixed the problem. Thank You.
