Geek Squad set up my computers and made sure that everything was a go. Needed some help a couple weeks later.........one quick text and help was on my door step.

The agent set up our desktop computer very quickly and efficiently. She was also very prompt with our appointment time. The convenience was well worth the cost of an in-home appointment.

I had a ROKU device installed by Gregory. He is an expert. He explained in clear and precise wording how the device works and walked me thru all the various steps Gregory is a great teacher Happy with my new ROKU Thank you Gregory

The agent set up my new computer, downloaded files from my old computer. Helped me with new passwords and helped me pick out unnecessary files to delete.

The Geek Squad tech was very professional, kept in contact with me about my set-up a few days before and when he got here was very professional and kept me updated on everything he would be doing. I was very happy with the whole setup procedure.

The Geek squad agent was exceptionally helpful, very professional and addressed all of our issues, and then asked whether there was anything else he could help with (which he did). We were very pleased with the service.

As always, a knowledgeable and capable guy showed up to walk me through the equipment and advised me on a couple of other things. I am a Geek Squad fan.

Never had a home computer although I use one every day at work. They came and installed everything, showed me how to use it for my personal use. They were thorough, patient and professional.

The agents installed my new iMac computer and transferred data from my old one to the new one. They took their time and explained everything that I asked and then some. Erny professional

The tech who came out, Lee Hopper, is beyond great !!! He took his time, explained everything along the way, and made sure I had no other questions prior to his leaving. Indeed, the next day, I had a question. Called Lee .... and he fixed the problem. Thank You.

As stated above, the two technicians did a good job installing our new TV and taking away our old one. I DO have a problem with the fact that the SONY HD BRAVIA XBR-75X950H/65X950H TV we purchased did NOT come with a video/audio input (mini jack). After paying over $2,000.00 including warranty, you would think a cable jack would come with the TV, or at least be available. The one technician said Best Buy does NOT carry these, and they have to be ordered directly through SONY. I called the customer service number on the owner's manual & they are not taking calls anymore, they refer you to their website. So I went to the website, and guess what--you have to set up an account and pay to ask a question about the TV!! This is unheard of, and we never would have bought this TV if we knew we could not hook up the DVD player and watch DVDs! I knew we should have bought something for half the price, but my husband wanted better than average since we do watch a lot of TV. Is there any way to get the mini jack to watch DVDs? I find this unacceptable that there is no other option available. Please advise us, if you even read this.

The GS that came to setup our network and new computer was fantastic. He came on time and was very through during the setup. He answered all of our questions and transferred info from old to new. Wonderful service.

The guy from the Geek Squad arrived on time and went right to work. He worked out all the bugs, and all the junk that was leftover from my previous printer. He gave me lots of useful tips and was happy to answer any questions. *****

Geek Squad agents are the best. My old work computer needed replacement, the replacement i chose was far larger and needed to be shipped in. No trouble, Best Buy did an admirable job in expediting the delivery with the Geek Squad. The Agent delivered and set up a 32in 40 lb. HP all in one computer. Service was excellent and the friendly professionalism was a great asset to the experience. Have had Geek Squad service thru Best Buy for several years and have purchased many major appliances and electonics, they are reliable, caring and exceptional in all aspects of purchase delivery and set up. Our thanks to the team for another great experience.

The agent was great. He completed the set up and transfer on my new computer. He was professional and took all safety precautions including covering his shoes. Awesome. I would recommend Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad tech Tim was absolutely fabulous with my Mom. He did a computer setup and printer setup. He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient with questions. I'm so glad we got the membership.

service tech was on time and very thoughtful in setup and making sure all areas was proper. after testing all the functions , he made sure to answer all my questions and that I felt comfortable with the new system.

The Best Buy employees were very helpful in helping me set up my new Samsung Galaxy 9+. They weren't in a hurry to rush me out the door, but answered my questions and assured me if I had other questions after leaving the store, They'd be glad to help.

Thank goodness for my annual Geek squad contract. My Geek squad service representative was exceptional. He installed and setup my computer and router/modem quickly and without issue. I am pleased and will recommend the Geek Squad to everyone.

Upgraded by work horse computer in my home office which has many attached pereferals (3 printers, scanners, and outboard drives). In addition a complex network and heavy software. The old computer (running Windows 7) somehow handled this system and worked fine but was a little slow. With loss of Windows 7 support I upgraded to a new more powerful CPU with Windows 10 and large 32 inch monitor. I used the Geek for a in home install of my new equipment and re-connect to existing network, printers, scanners etc. Setup was done fast and without a hitch. Well with the added cost for the in home service. Had I attempted this on my own I would probably still be working to fix all the bugs! GREAT JOB BY THE GEEKS!
