Upgraded by work horse computer in my home office which has many attached pereferals (3 printers, scanners, and outboard drives). In addition a complex network and heavy software. The old computer (running Windows 7) somehow handled this system and worked fine but was a little slow. With loss of Windows 7 support I upgraded to a new more powerful CPU with Windows 10 and large 32 inch monitor. I used the Geek for a in home install of my new equipment and re-connect to existing network, printers, scanners etc. Setup was done fast and without a hitch. Well with the added cost for the in home service. Had I attempted this on my own I would probably still be working to fix all the bugs! GREAT JOB BY THE GEEKS!

Geek Squad agents are the best. My old work computer needed replacement, the replacement i chose was far larger and needed to be shipped in. No trouble, Best Buy did an admirable job in expediting the delivery with the Geek Squad. The Agent delivered and set up a 32in 40 lb. HP all in one computer. Service was excellent and the friendly professionalism was a great asset to the experience. Have had Geek Squad service thru Best Buy for several years and have purchased many major appliances and electonics, they are reliable, caring and exceptional in all aspects of purchase delivery and set up. Our thanks to the team for another great experience.

The agent came out and quickly set up the computer/printer system. He made sure we could practice a few things while he was still here...to get us up and running! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great personality.

The Geek Squad set up our TV, Sound bar and Computer. All techs were knowledgeable, friendly and offered good advise on how to use everything in a n easy way to understand. All the guys were a pleasure to work with.

They really know what they are doing. Came to the house, took everything out of the boxes, set up the cables, set the setting I wanted, and never had a problem since. Answered all my questions without making me feel stupid for asking them. Highly recommend.

Tech was terrific! He was helpful and very patient with my Aunt and did a great job installing everything and showing her how it all worked. He called me during the installation to insure our complete satisfaction.

Agent Don was here on time. He did a great job setting everything up for me. All my programs were loaded, printer installed and a few other features were added. I am glad he was here as there were a few drivers which had to be downloaded and installed.

The agents mounted my tv's and connected them to the home network with ease. they updated my computers and cleaned them of viruses, etc. Everything was functional after they left. I recommend Geek Squad highly!

The agent was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood all aspects of the new computer and made suggestions that we were unaware of. Was very professional and very helpful.

Brian was great. He told us what he was doing every step and explaining the advantages of every program he downloaded and how to best use them. He answered all our questions.

Everything went as planned. The tech came on time and got right to work. He set up my new computer, working diligently for 2 hours. I was given my old hard drive in case I found anything missing.

I recently bought a new all in one computer from Best Buy. Since I am not an expert I arranged for the Geek Squad to send someone over to set it up and to transfer data from my old computer to the new one. They sent a gentleman named Reuben, who turned out to be terrific. In very little time he had the new computer set up and transferred the data. He was able to transfer some old programs that I was afraid could not be transferred, such as my old version of Wordperfect, which I love. He patiently answered all of my questions and turned out to be an incredibly nice person. If Reuben is representative of the Geek Squad people, then they have every reason to be proud.

Vlad did everything and more for me. He came to set up my printer.I had previously had two Geek guys set it up but it never did work properly. He suggested a lazar printer. He called up to get the best one for me. He came back and installed it. He suggested a laptop for me since my desktop was 20 years old. I ordered that and he set it up. He configured my Amazon echo. He told me how to get rid of cable. He installed two Rokus and another Smart TV with You Tube. He was more thorough and more helpful than anyone I have encountered. Plus, he was informative. I always felt that he had my interests at heart. I cannot say enough fine comments about him!

All six Geek Squad persons I interacted with were fantastic at the Woodland Hills location. I would and do recommend them. Everything is working well and all documents transferred to my new machine. Have no complaints

STEWART HAS BEEN TO MY HOUSE BEFORE TO FIX MY OTHER HP LAPTOP. HE WORKS QUICKLY, EXPLAINS AS HE WORKS AND, BEFORE HE LEAVES MY HP LAPTOPS ARE RUNNING GREAT.

The agent - Bobby - set up everything, did the data transfer, and made sure I understood what was done and where things were so I could start off running instead of crawling!

The technician was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. He set up our new computer and gave us a number to call if any problems arose; none did. It was all we could ask for.

I have had two different occasions to use the Geek Squad and they have both been very good. The young men were knowledgeable and very patient with an older woman who doesn't know much about IT devices. I highly recommend this organization.

First time I had to contact someone else to do the installation as my IT guy was not available. The Geek Squad member, Brian was very knowledgeable and personable and he put things where I needed them to be and then got the tower up and running.
