I can not express how much Alex - Double Agent from Geek Squad helped in setting up my new computer system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient, He made sure that I understood what he was doing and how to use the new system .. Like I said in the review summary - he needs more than 5 Stars and so does Mark the Manager at the Owasso, OK store and Matt in CSR ... all were terrific ... Best Buy & Geeks Rock

The Geek Squad transferred my documents and data to my new computer while in the store. A Geek cam to my house to set up my new computer and connected it with all the peripherals and made sure everything functioning properly. Everything was done very professionally and I was very satisfied.

I was having problems with a new painter. I visited my local Best Buy and found a perfect Canon wireless printer and had their expert install the unit. The installation was quick and the unit works great.. The Best Buy expert was very knowledgeable and professional and he checked back a few days later to check if all was well. Best Buy showed once more that they have a great store and professionals.

Our device set up person did a great job helping get things done right. Explaining what’s going on and answering any questions we had. Very good quality work and friendly behavior by being helpful, very knowledgeable with knowing exactly what to do right away and answering questions. Thankyou.

The agent (I believe his name was Zach) was wonderful! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, kind, nice to our dog, and tried to show me things to get started with on our new desk top computer. I wish he was back here today so I could get another lesson!

I had no idea how to set up my new computer, they transferred everything for me. The tech could not have been nicer and ran though the set up for me, as my old computer was 5 yrs old. He was done so quickly ,totally set this non tech user at ease.

The three fellows who came out, two to do manual hookup of new Sony Blue Ray, Denon amplifier and Savant controller were quick, efficient and knew what they were doing. The third person was the programmer. All three were very personable and a pleasure to have in our home setting our system up.

I was very pleased & satisfied with the person who set up my Best Buy purchases. He hooked up my new all in one desktop, keyboard, mouse, printer & router/modem. He was efficient, explained features, & even shared a few shortcuts. He was knowledgeable & patient.

Your technician set up my new computer and made sure all programs were running properly. He was very helpful and efficient, answered my questions and explained how to operate the computer in a language I could understand. You are very lucky to have him on your staff!

Jason was awesome. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and kind. He was able to set us up, even with some hiccups along the way. He went over some of the functions and reestablished my VPN connection issues. He is wiz. We don't regret joining the Geek Squad with staff like Jason. The only frustrating part of using G.S. is to get someone on the phone. I tried to reschedule the in-service but it wouldn't let me do it on online. It took a while to talk to someone and due to COVID, they could not find that I had already paid for the service. This is probably because our 1st in-service appointment had to be cancelled due to COVID. The scheduling was eventually rectified and I was able to reschedule. I understand that COVID messed up a lot. In-store experiences have also been great. Keep up the good work! Tom and Ellen Lane

Tommy was our tech, and he was very professional. He was able to set up our computer like the old one and gave us tips on usage. We had one item that later did not work as expected, and he fixed the next day. If Geek Squad members are similar to Tommy, what a great service; especially for older adults.

The Geek Squad Agent was very thorough in setting up my new computer. He answered all of the questions I had and made it easy for me to understand. I was very pleased with my purchase and Geek Squad.

Tim K did a great job in helping me get my new computer and printer set up and imputing the new programs. Also transferring the information from my old computer to the new computer, also gave me some great advise.

New computer set up. Also transferred data from old computer and hooked up external hard drive to automatically update so always have back up. Was very courteous, friendly, & efficient! He is a great asset to your company.

Agent was right here at the scheduled time. Went over what the problem was and he began immediately to work on it. He was so knowledgeable , listened and solved the problem quickly. Excellent service.

Professional, efficient and courteous, the home rep (Adam) was able to fix what the online Agent had messed up. Arrived on time, called before arrival, wore "booties" over his shoes as a floor courtesy, and had me up and running before he left.

Bob with the Geek Squad went over and above to transfer all my data from my old computer to the new one. When I brought the new computer home and started it, it was wonderful. Everything was there, including all my 17 years of business emails.!!!

I was truly stunned at how wonderful the Geek Squad was. Rapid appointments. They answered ALL my questions and, as a total NON-geek, showed me how to do everything. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
