Great job by Diego and Matt. They explained everything very well and made sure I understood how to navigate through the smart TV and using my iPhone.

Set up my new printer in less than 20 minutes, made sure that I was satisfied and answered all my questions without any problem. Total Tech Protection is the best money I have ever spent.

Shawna Ross came to my home as scheduled and proceeded to professionally remove my old computer and get the pertinent data transferred to my new HP. She did the work timely and answered any questions I had.

I was mostly looking for information, so I can make a decision about getting something for a friend. Or, at least, helping her select what she wants. I was told I'd be put on an in-store reservation list. That's helpful, since it meant I didn't have to make a reservation, leave and come back. I was in the store because I had found the problem while I was out doing errands and other things. Even better, I was helped long before I'd been told to expect. Down side? It was a real down side, was that I was told by the people there that (because of COVID - makes no sense to me) you couldn't provide that service. My initial reaction is "so what am I paying for?" The young man I was talking to did give me exact instructions and help me write them down, so I could do the job myself, back at home. I'm still a little upset that you couldn't - wouldn't - provide that help.

The Representative came to our home with a mask, booties, gloves and a can of Clorox wipes. Very cautious! And did her work with professionalism. Great work!

Geoff Arholm came to the house since I had multiple issues to correct. He was on time, professional, and I am so very grateful for his knowledge and assistance! He gave me his business card, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He also installed Webroot on both my desktop computer as well as my laptop. He helped me recover my partially locked email, corrected security issues, cleaned up things on the hard drive - all of which I never would have known how to do! Hiring the Geek Squad is one of the wisest things I have ever done!
