I was VERY pleased with the service from Geek Squad for the setting up of my new iMac. The technicians were professional and also friendly.

I was very pleased with the professional attitude of the technician. He was on time for the appointment, and very knowledgeable. When I purchased the machine, I did not realize that the Geek Squad would activate it in the store - free of charge. So there was an extra $190.00 expense. The salesman should have informed me about the gratis service. I did have to return to the store to purchase Microsoft Windows because it did not come with the machine, and I was not aware that I could not use the machine as a word processor unless I had that program. Again - that was the fault of the salesperson. The Geek Squad is excellent.

Service tech was wonderful...got new AIO hooked up in no time...was very helpful and patient with my husband and I..

The agent hooked up my firestick and set it up so I, an elderly lady, could understand how to use it. He was great.

I am an Old Fa_t. Rhymes with Art and was without a computer and printer for three years. In the period of time technology did a quantum leap so I peppered the Geek with questions.And I am sure some of them were stupid but he never made me feel stupid and was very patient and answered my questions graciously. Still looking up some of the Geek terminology but felt great about the Install. Glad I got the service contract so when I need help, all I need to do is ask for it.

Jason Finnimore IS amazing!!! Our computer was in place and he made sure everything was moved from old computer and working properly before he left. APPLE somehow changed our password in the middle of the set-up (in a flash!) and he took the time to contact Apple and work thru a CRAZY (Repeat and Repeat!) process. We're old AND NOT so computer savvy. Jason was very patient and respectful with us. He is a GREAT asset to your team! Thanks for sending him!

The agent set up my computer and printer. He also performed a data transfer from my old computer. He was very helpful in explaining what he had done.

Since I purchased my new MAC 27 inch Desktop, I've had problem after problem. The settings keep switching on their own and the devices are not working together. In the month since I've had the MAC, I've had 3 or 4 problems already. So I was very happy that the Geek Squad came to my home the day I called instead of making me wait a week or two. Both Geek Squad members were extremely kind, personable, knowledgeable. Apparently they fixed the problem because I haven't had any problems since then. (Knock on Wood)
