SCOTT WORE SHOE COVERS WITH THE GEEK SQUAD LOGO. PLACED ORANGE CONES ON THE FLOOR FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING. WORE MASK. WORE GLOVES. OFFERED TO WIPE DOWN EVERYTHING , BUT I TOLD HIM NO SINCE I HAVE HAD BOTH MY COVID SHOTS. I'M 70 AND I HAVE TO HAVE ALL MY COMPUTER MAINTENANCE DONE BY SOMEBODY. WHEN A MAMBER RE - NEWS MEMBERSHIP THEY SHOULD GET A LOWER RENEW PRICE SINCE WE HAVE BEEN MEMBERS ALREADY.

The agent arrived right on time after first phoning and asking if it was still convenient for me. He went to work immediately and after installing the first computer learned I had a second that needed attention. Quickly he added it to his work order and had both running in the time I figured he would need for just one. He kept me informed about what he was doing during the entire process and kept asking if I had questions. When asked, he was thorough and proved a great teacher. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Geek Squad installed my new computer and transferred everything from my very-old Dell to the Intel Core i3, I don't remember his name but he did an excellent job.

Very pleased with Victor in sales at the Cerritos store. Very helpful, very informative. Helped us purchase computer, get with Geek squad to transfer data from our old all in one to the new one. He helped us schedule our total setup and even helped us schedule our Geek squad guy to come out to the house and hook everything up. Our Geek squad guy was Gustavo Zepeda from your Torrance store. He was also very good and walked us through everything. This was all during the time of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. From purchase to transfer to set up and everything took about 4 days during one of your busiest times.

Very happy with new equipment and the service your Geek support tech gave me. He was very organized, extremely knowledgable and the new equipment and software and transferring my old info onto the new equipment. With the exception of my Windows Live Email account that I had on my old computer. I misunderstood his question when he asked me where I used my email. I set it up to download onto my computer under Windows 7 but apparently it did not transfer with Windows 10. It was not his fault.

The agent arrived within the stated arrival time. I had a Windows 7 laptop and desktop that was being replaced with a Windows 10 laptop. The agent set up my laptop all the while telling me what he was doing, he installed my internet security, Microsoft Office 365, and several other programs I subscribe to. He also attached my peripherals (printer, monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, etc.) to complete my home office transformation from Windows 7 to Windows 10. He gave me a tour of the new setup and how somethings in Windows 10 had changed from Windows 7. Overall, this was a positive experience.

Justin Barry did an in store set up of my new computer. He was extremely knowledgeable, capable and patient as he was able to work through some problems that were caused because I didn't know information that he needed in order to do the set up in one appointment. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends who need help with computer problems, and I will always ask to have an appointment with him when I need further assistance with both my new and old computer. He is definitely an asset to the Geek Squad.
