      I do not like to read instructions. This was so much easier to have them come out, deliver the items, and set them up for me. Everyone was so nice to work with.

      Easy to use HP cordless printer was set up and explained very clearly by Kennedy. Copier is easy to use. Printing from my cell phone is a definite plus.

      I thought the girl who sold me the computer was great. I like the computer. The geek squad was good too. I would use them again. In fact I always use geek squad for everything. The only complaint I have and it has nothing to do with the computer or any sales. When you were closed because of Covid, you had a guy outside behind the ropes. He's supposed to represent Best Buy. Well he was a total jerk. He acted so stupid, and that is somethging that can stick in a customers mind.
