I had my television set up, and the technician left before everything uploaded, saying that it was just Direct TV, and would take time. However, it NEVER did update, and when I called, the tech refused to come back, even if I was willing to wait till the next day. He said it was a Direct TV issue (without being willing to come check it out). I finally had to pay Direct TV to come fix it, and it was because the tech had wired it incorrectly, or at least that's what Direct TV said. They had to re-wire it and get it going. I will still recommend your service, because Geek Squad service is almost always great, and I believe this was a fluke.

Jeff with the Geek Squad installed my new Asus desktop at my home and connected it to all of my devices. He also transferred all my data from my old Asus desktop to the new one. This one has Windows 10, quite a change from Windows 7, but he tried to teach me all of the things I needed to know to survive. He was extremely knowledgeable!!!

I thought the girl who sold me the computer was great. I like the computer. The geek squad was good too. I would use them again. In fact I always use geek squad for everything. The only complaint I have and it has nothing to do with the computer or any sales. When you were closed because of Covid, you had a guy outside behind the ropes. He's supposed to represent Best Buy. Well he was a total jerk. He acted so stupid, and that is somethging that can stick in a customers mind.
