THEY ARE GREAT!

They were kind and patient with all my questions and when above and beyond to help me with my HP All-in-one. They also took me thru set-up of new WEBROOT security , a new external drive for backups and so much more. I was so impressed with everyone I talked to or worked with directly. I feel like I will have all the help I need and I am so glad that BEST BUY has stores in NYC that are convenient to get to when I need HELP!!
