We had ordered a number of devices, including a Ring doorbell, a mesh network for our wi-fi, and cloud backup. Much as we looked forward to having them, I dreaded the learning curve. We were delighted, though, by the installation services and introduction to using them. Everything was installed well and explained so that we understood how to use them WITHOUT talking down to us. I called later with a follow-up question and got the help I needed then as well. It makes me much more inclined to continue to shop at Best Buy.

The technitian-Gustavo-was so professional and corteous. He took care of the problems very fast and took the time to make that we understood how to work the equipment.

The computer and printer are connected and working.I am not computer savvy and showing me once did not seam to resinate. I don't understand most of these icons. Things appear on the computer that I did not request and I can't get rid of them. Safari freezes everything. I need a geek to go over everything again. I feel that the Geek Squad should check back in a week after installation and make sure the owner can fully operate their computer and printer.

I was having a very difficult time getting my Xerox Work Center to communicate with my computer and Network. I tried just about all the drivers available from Xerox. The Geek Squad guy found a problem with the driver and fixed it. Everything worked just fine. He did this in about 30 minutes! I was very impressed. I will be calling them again to do some other items that I just don't have the time to mess with. What a great deal! Sign up today. I am glad I did.

Mike set up our laptop and advised us on how to transfer data at the store. Scott came to our home to set up our desktop, install our data, and organize our files into clearly marked folders on our screen. This took a good bit of time because it was a lot of data, but he was very patient with us. This was extremely helpful!! He was pleasant, answered all our questions, and gave us a way to reach him if we had questions in the future. We are older and there is no way we could have done it on our own. Highly recommended!!

I bought a new computer from BB...they matched the price I got at Costco... I knew I wanted access to the Geek Squad...they moved my old computer's content to my new computer...the reps....and I worked with several during the purchase process and then the data transfer....were great and very helpful and nice...I would highly recommend BB...I used to buy computers from MicroCenter in Paterson, but they don't provide in-home service, nor did I find the technical folks to be very easy to work with.

I am an older person, 83. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the polite manners and professional behavior of almost every Geek. I had one issue with one online guy,...in several years. but with every Geek I have encountered in any capacity here in Northgate, Seattle area, I sing their praises. I am a tech support member and value most their in home service. All things electronic are explained to me in a way that I understand, and that is really saying something, or I can ask more questions till I comprehend. Local Geeks were always so patient with no patronizing.

I have had on of the the best Geek Squad people come to my every time I needed in home help with my computers, his name was Ruben. I was really upset to hear he was no longer there when I called. I couldn't imagine anyone else being as knowledgeable, kind and friendly as he, but I got Montgomery and was overjoyed by his brilliance and overall character. Montgomery is truly an amazing young man who would do any company proud to have him. Thank you for you excellent service. I never had a bad in-home experience with Geek Squad but Montgomery was the best.

The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable. He set up everything with ease. We would definitely recommend set up for gaming systems unless you are very knowledgeable.

Geek squad set up Roku on all of our TV’s. They were on time & called prior to arrival. They wore their masks & were very knowledgeable & polite. They were patient & answered all our questions. We have told numerous people about how awesome the Geek Squad is. Many people in our small town in rural Louisiana are not aware of their complete services & that it is not necessary to have purchased items from them in order to repair them.
