Never been good at electronics. Found out the hard way more to installing a printer than just plugging into a wall outlet. Geek Tech was excellent; had to reconfigure computer to 'talk' to printer; was quiet, quick and efficient, explained trouble and what was required to get the job done. He did it all. Excellent Tech!
