I could not be happier with the service that I received from the Geek Squad technician named Mike.He was very thorough in the installation of my new router which he recommended.He was very knowledgeable and he made sure that all of my electronics was working properly before he left.He answered all of the questions that I had and armed me with knowledge that I did not have.I am VERY happy with the service that I received

Did a great job transferring my information from my old computer to the new on. Was courteous and polite. Showed me some short cuts and even explained the Windows 10 a little to me. Was very knowledgeable. I had some interaction with the Ribbit Guys and would not recommend them. Geek Squad Brian was so much more knowledgeable..

Shawn, our Geek Squad guy, is fabulous!! He listens and knows what to do to fix an issue and set up a new computer system (printer, laptop, monitor). Also, Shawn asks questions to determine what some of the other needs/issues might be. Shawn is truly a great customer service representative, computer technician specialist and problem solver.

One morning we discovered that we no longer had access to the internet. I first contacted the cable company to see if there was an outage. No outage,. I contacted the modem trouble shooting group. Modem was fine. I contacted the GEEK squad and they came out the next day. She discovered that one of our WIFI routers was bad. So, we took it out of the system and everything worked. She also fine-tuned our system so that our smart TV worked correctly.

Great great great service, I would recommend it to anyone, Best Buy is great!

Geek Squad came out to my house to set-up my new computer system and did a fantastic job. Was very pleased!

Michael brought the unit in and we decided that since I’m disabled and relatively bed-bound, put it on a table in my bedroom (bedroom size of a double hotel suite, so not lacking of space lol). Showed me how to scan, copy, use control panel and it was done quicker than it took for me to take the box and packing stuff to the garage! He’s AWESOME and truly knows his “stuff”. A credit to the Geek Squad Organization!!
