Took my new computer to the Geek Squad because I was having trouble activating Turbo Tax on the computer. I had to leave the computer with them because the representative was also having issues. The computer was “fixed” within 3 hours. I was very pleased with the service I received from the Geek Squad and highly recommend them if you are having issues with your computer.

no problem with set up, however the clerk who I purchased my new cpu from did not advise me that I needed a special cable to attach it to my monitor.. My tech took the time to go back to the shop to get the cable and install it so I was able to get my computer back after almost 3 weeks. Thank you for your actions Montgomery you saved the day from another screw up caused by the sales clerk

Purchased the service of the Geek Squad. SErvice department scheduled the install 5 days after purchase. Thiswa longer than I hoped. Whenthe Geek Squad arrived thay did a good job in the installation. One concern is that the installer had to travel over 30 miles in rush hour in the Pittsburgh area and not from the local Best Buy store where I made the purchase. Maybe they should have installers by each store. Not haveing any problems.Thanks.

Michael brought the unit in and we decided that since I’m disabled and relatively bed-bound, put it on a table in my bedroom (bedroom size of a double hotel suite, so not lacking of space lol). Showed me how to scan, copy, use control panel and it was done quicker than it took for me to take the box and packing stuff to the garage! He’s AWESOME and truly knows his “stuff”. A credit to the Geek Squad Organization!!
