Jay was a sheer pleasure to work with! Extremely helpful and full of good advice and recommendations. He was patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly and didn't speak "over our heads." He wore a mask as a precaution during the still-raging COVID pandemic. He was timely and courteous and humorous. We will be requesting his support again.

Allen (Herbert) was fantastic with the setup of my new computer.

Got the job done but we had trouble changing the batteries a few days later, as the programs seem to disappear and we had trouble getting the remote to work again.Any suggestions? I had checked the new batteries and they were good, right next to the remote, so no time delay. Let us know what we are to do next time to avoid problems with this.

When purchased the computer and had the Geek Squad contract I asked for in home set up .. $50.00. However when the gentleman arrived I found out set up did not include document transfer to my new computer.... additional $50 and had to return in a few days. Wish the salesperson informed me of this. It’s like buying a vacuum cleaner and the salesperson not telling you the hose and attachments are not included ....

My new computer needed an expert to get all the kinks out. The technician was able to set my email to fit a new monitor. The mouse and key board that came with the HP computer needed to be hooked up. He added a few of my on line programs. Yes, these seems pretty basic; but , the technician was patient and recognized that many of Best Buy customers are a bit older and not that skilled. He never made me feel dumb, This alone was worth using this service.

The printer is easy to use. It does not take up a lot of space, and it is not as slow as others stated.

Shawn, our Geek Squad guy, is fabulous!! He listens and knows what to do to fix an issue and set up a new computer system (printer, laptop, monitor). Also, Shawn asks questions to determine what some of the other needs/issues might be. Shawn is truly a great customer service representative, computer technician specialist and problem solver.
