      We knew the fix when we brought it in, replace the hard drive, but they ran diagnostics that ended up taking a week. Then a new tech asked if they could replace the hard drive? A week to do what we wanted done from the start. They get four stars because they erred in the conservative direction which is better than spending money without authorization. They problem appears to be with processes and communications but the Geek Squad individuals are a great bunch. And of course FIX THE BEST BUY PHONE SYSTEM.

      When making our appointment with the Geek Squad Agent, we asked if he would also bring a battery backup for our new equipment. The Agent did, he installed it and it is comforting to know that we have some backup which we hadn't had for awhile due to our new Gateway not handling our old battery. Thanks to our Geek Squad Agent and thanks Best Buy!
