However, not for some reason I cannot bring up app Norton 360, it worked for several weeks but not it says "No Windows Available". I went into Best Buy in El Cajon today and Eddy tried to help me but for some reason he could not reinstall Norton 360? I am at a loss what to do.

New Battery/Love it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When making our appointment with the Geek Squad Agent, we asked if he would also bring a battery backup for our new equipment. The Agent did, he installed it and it is comforting to know that we have some backup which we hadn't had for awhile due to our new Gateway not handling our old battery. Thanks to our Geek Squad Agent and thanks Best Buy!

Asus gone all week long for a two hour fix.

Then a new tech asked if they could replace the hard drive? A week to do what we wanted done from the start. They get four stars because they erred in the conservative direction which is better than spending money without authorization. They problem appears to be with processes and communications but the Geek Squad individuals are a great bunch. And of course FIX THE BEST BUY PHONE SYSTEM.

Ipad and internet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Frank Z has been at my house three times and helped me with my Ipad and computer. my ipad will not take the wi-fi so Frank suggested getting a new modem from Verizon which i did and it has arrived. Also ordered DSL filters for the phones too. He will be back next Thursday 12/17 to change everything a hopefully my computer and Ipad will work. Faster.....
