Daniel Ball was great in setting up my whole office system and in answering all my questions. Definitely worth the money in getting the Geek Squad to get me started.

Agent set up and explained about my new computer and printer. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

The guy who set up my new computer was great. He did everything that was needed. He did it expertly and quickly. At the same time he didn't act like he was in a hurry to get to the next job, though there was one more left for him to do. Whenever I mentioned there was something extra that needed to be done, he did it with no problem. He made me feel confident his intent was to serve me in all that needed to be done.

We had the best person in your Geek Squad hook up my computer. He (Justin M.) took so much time going over everything with me. He said he wouldn't leave till I understood what I needed to know. He stayed with me for over two hours...setting up, installing programs and coaching me. I can't say enough about Justin M....I was so worried I would get someone that just wanted to hook my computer up and leave....He was just the opposite. I was uncomfortable about having the Geek Squad come into my home....but I was wrong....I would certainly have them again. Thanks a bunch Justin M. for all your help!! :)

Jaramie was courteous, kind and very helpful in short order. My 11 year old beloved Sony all-in-one was no longer supported by Sony and was running WIN7 on top of Vista. I needed a newer computer and with help selected my Dell Inspiration. I love it, and know Jaramie is at the other end of a phone call should I need assistance with all the new stuff! Thank you Best Buy for having the greatest Geek Squad members helping many of us who would otherwise be stymied at what the next step should be.

The agent not only transferred all my data from my previous computer, but set up the new configuration per my request. I had written everything down on a piece of paper as a reminder to myself of all the items I wanted to cover. I left this paper in the room by the computer and never mentioned any of this to the tech. When he called me to tell me he was done, I picked up the paper to go over everything and to my surprise he had done all of it without me even asking. Now that is what I call service!

The agent set up my computer as requested to my printer and the internet. He explained how to use the printer and some features of the laptop. I bought a laptop but have a full sized monitor, keyboard, and mouse. He did it all. He even sent me instructions in writing on how to do some of the things I had questions about. Before that, the in house staff set up the laptop with all my programs and files. I was very happy with everything that was done.

I am very pleased with the Geek service for my computer modem. Tech. was knowledgeable,friendly and patient. I am very pleased with service.

We were extremely impressed with Robert Johnson, the tech specialist who came to our home. He was extremely knowledge, efficient and polite. He went above and beyond in setting up a pc with speakers, explaining a lot of the features of our new set-up. He left his card and told us to feel free to call him with any questions or concerns that may arise. It was a pleasure to meet him and experience his expertise first hand. Kudos to Robert Johnson!

The tech came to my house and helped me moves files from my old computer to the new one without using a stick. Brilliant! He also connected my new computer to my old printer. He was so very knowledgeable and I could never have done these things without him. He was very personable as well. He also explained the extensive efforts Best Buy takes to keep the techs and customers safe during Covid, which was very reassuring. Great guy, great service!

purchased a Iroomba i 7 vacumn the geek squad set it up, and we let it charge for 4 hrs. Love this machine, don't know how we lived without it. We are still learning lots of things it does. We would recomend it to anyone, but they (elderly) would be ahead of the game by letting the geek squad set it up & explain using it. We are elderly and lots of this great products are over our heads, thanks to the geek squad for making our lives easier & workable.

The team did an excellent job setting up my computer. They were fast, professional and able to show me important features on the computer.

The install went smoothly for the cd machine, but a new receiver was trouble shooted that I bought at Best Buy where one of the inputs didn't work. Fortunately the agent discovered the problem and used another input to solve the problem. So far I've always had a good relation with the agents that Geek Squad has sent out. The install of my complete home theater system are just to technical for me to handle, so using the Geek Squad has always saved me from wasting my time to figure it all out.

Bernie, our Geek Squad agent, professionally installed our iPad Pro on our LAN and made certain that it interfaced with other computers, printers and accessories on the LAN. He was a fountain of knowledge. We were very happy to have him stand up our system with new computer equipment from Best Buy, our go to electronics store! He also suggested improvements that we could make to our LAN. We hope to have Bernie return this Fall to install other new computer equipment.

Chris, our agent, did a great job getting my new iMac set up. I also needed a huge data transfer done - which took quite a bit of time. I had never worked with an iMac before and Chris took time to explain the basics to me in a way that was easy to understand AND remember! He gave us his phone # and encouraged us to call with any problems at all. Chris is a GREAT representative for the Geek Squad and I'll be requesting him if we use the Geek Squad in the future. I am not an IT person and Geek Squad is the only option for home computer setup. The technician was on time and I had thought answered all my concerns regarding the computer setup including the connection to my home printer. I was wrong. I tried calling the technician and I could not get through. I had to call the Geek Squad 800 number . The technician that answered the phone could not find my work order in the system (it was about a week between purchase of Geek Squad and in home setup) and did not know how to resolve my issue. I was put on hold for 2 HOURS and charged an additional $99 for the 2 minutes it took to resolve my problem. I don't think I should not have been charged the extra $99. This is the second review I have done. Geek Squad never responded to my first review regarding the refund of the extra $99. It is the principal of customer support.

The agent successfully hooked up all the components to my home computer system. Was quick and efficient. Did a great job!

Our Geek Squad Technician could not have been better. He was working on my 84 year old father’s computer. He was patient, explained everything so my Dad understood. I told him we accidentally had someone on the phone posing as Best Buy but was a scammer. The BB Tech searched the system to make sure the scammers didn’t get any information. He recommended we change passwords. Everything was working perfectly when he left.

Thanks to Caleb for using his expertise and taking his time to install our new computer perfectly. He was knowledgeable, patient and friendly! We like that!

The agent was by far the most knowledgeable Computer Specialist I’ve ever had. Going the extra mile, not just solve our problem, but to improve our entire network. He suggested solutions, explaining them so I could understand. He listened well, was thorough, detail oriented, creative, personable & I felt we could trust him. He even told us ways we could save money. The agent is great representative of your company.
