      The agent reinstalled my old printer & installed a new printer in about 30 minutes. Both are working fine now. Service was on time, quick, and the agent was friendly, listened to my problem, and solved it in a straight forward manner. She explained what had happened, how she fixed it, then had me test both printers, to make sure I knew what to do. One of my best experiences with Geek Squad to date.

      quick and efficient, answered my many questions and offered suggestions. That night we lost our electricity for a bit. Next morning I rose early to start my day on my new computer and....nothing! I did have an appointment to bring the new one in with the old to transfer our "stuff". Of course...it was brand new and hadn't been used/charged! Picked it up next day and all is fine. Love it!

      The set-up for my All-in-One HP computer was basically quick, with the only additional expense was the data transfer from my old computer to the new one. The Technician was patient with me, explaining each step of the process needed to have a superior set-up & connectivity. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

      Competent polite helpful professionals who did the their job calmly and thoughtfully answering all my questions along the way. Well worth the cost for piece of mind. Having just retired after years of having IT support a quick phone call away, the geek squad helpe me set my home office and made sure I had everything I needed and that I knew how to use it, Really superb and friendly service,
