Both are working fine now. Service was on time, quick, and the agent was friendly, listened to my problem, and solved it in a straight forward manner. She explained what had happened, how she fixed it, then had me test both printers, to make sure I knew what to do. One of my best experiences with Geek Squad to date.

That night we lost our electricity for a bit. Next morning I rose early to start my day on my new computer and....nothing! I did have an appointment to bring the new one in with the old to transfer our "stuff". Of course...it was brand new and hadn't been used/charged! Picked it up next day and all is fine. Love it!

Well worth the cost for piece of mind. Having just retired after years of having IT support a quick phone call away, the geek squad helpe me set my home office and made sure I had everything I needed and that I knew how to use it, Really superb and friendly service,

He also walked me through the operation and how to print and scan, what to look for if I experienced any problems, and gave additional recommendations for ensuring my laptop and printer operate more efficiently. He explained in terms I could understand without being condescending or too "tech-y".

Geek Setup at Store and Installation at Home

The Geek Squad did all of the installation possible at the store as far as copying files, etc. and installation of new programs on the computer. We also used the Geek Person for our area of Ohio to connect all of our devices to the new computer, i.e. Dell laptop, iPhone and printer. We never before printed from all of our devices and find this a real plus for both of us!
