Speedy Set-Up, yet time lost connecting old data

The Technician was patient with me, explaining each step of the process needed to have a superior set-up & connectivity. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

Geek Squad device set up

The technician was very professional and would answer any questions I had while doing the set up. I was afraid he'd forget to connect something but he tested everything out before he left and I was up and running before lunch time. Would not trust anyone else to do what the Geek Squad did and in the time they said they'd have it done! Awesome!!

fantastic computer set-up!

He transferred my pictures and e-mails from my old computer to the new one. He was very nice, friendly and SO patient with my many questions. He showed me how to operate the new printer, and answered all my questions. I have had Geek Squad for many years and am very happy with their service!

He asked us questions and was very patient with our immature level of computer knowledge. He explained things thoroughly and answered our inquiries as well. We are so pleased!
