We recently purchased a new Dell Desktop computer. The Geek Squad did all of the installation possible at the store as far as copying files, etc. and installation of new programs on the computer. We also used the Geek Person for our area of Ohio to connect all of our devices to the new computer, i.e. Dell laptop, iPhone and printer. We never before printed from all of our devices and find this a real plus for both of us!

Edward came to my house and installed my new computer and printer. He transferred my pictures and e-mails from my old computer to the new one. He was very nice, friendly and SO patient with my many questions. He showed me how to operate the new printer, and answered all my questions. I have had Geek Squad for many years and am very happy with their service!

Set up devices quickly and efficiently. Respectful in home and removed boxes.

Agents sent out were very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. However, a few days later we experienced some issues where we could not access our emails because the password was changed. Several passwords were changed, so we experienced a little frustration. We tried to call to get a re-do appt. for those reasons. The appointment experience was terrible. We had to call several phone numbers before getting someone to make an appointment. They could only give us an appointment 3 weeks later. This was shocking!!!

Tim came to my house. He was on-time, professional and knowledgeable on what he needed to do.

Not our usual guy but did the job very well even found a compromised passport.

The installer was very professional and answered all questions I had and was easy to understand.

Worked well and took time to explain until i was sure of how to use it.
