The geek tech did a fabulous job transferring my data from my old pc to my new iMac.

The Installation was Exceptional the Geek Squad Technician was Very Professional

Agents sent out were very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. However, a few days later we experienced some issues where we could not access our emails because the password was changed. Several passwords were changed, so we experienced a little frustration. We tried to call to get a re-do appt. for those reasons. The appointment experience was terrible. We had to call several phone numbers before getting someone to make an appointment. They could only give us an appointment 3 weeks later. This was shocking!!!

The tech that came to our house to set up our equipment was friendly and helpfull.

Worked well and took time to explain until i was sure of how to use it.

The Geek agent was competent and had my computer system connected, up and running in relatively short order. Very satisfied with the service. One issue still continued to pop up on occassion. I would lose internet connection for periods of time but was able to reestablish connection. This continued to be an issue until it failed and stayed down for several days. At that time I called Spectrum and had them replace my modem and some of the wires connecting it. That took care of the problem. The modem of course was not a geek problem but one of Spectrums issues.

It is working like a charm. Faster than even the Geek who installed it could imagine.

The Geek Squad Agent (Alex) did an outstanding job reformatting my desktop computer, the latest operating system with updates, and installing all the necessary software. Appreciate the additional installs that I requested during the exit interview. Glad to be an automatic renewal of my Geek Squad membership--outstanding value.

The Geek Squad person (sorry, I don't remember his name) was on time, very cordial, knowledgeable and quick in his set up!! The only thing I wish is that he had told me he was connecting me through the wi-fi instead of hard wiring my pc. As it turned out I had so much trouble staying online I had to call the cable company to come out. They hard wired my pc and I haven't had any problems since!!!
