      We purchased the warranty for the Geek Squad to come set up my new system. The technician was very professional and would answer any questions I had while doing the set up. I was afraid he'd forget to connect something but he tested everything out before he left and I was up and running before lunch time. Would not trust anyone else to do what the Geek Squad did and in the time they said they'd have it done! Awesome!!

      My agent did a great job with setting up my new home PC and WiFi. The only issues I have had are that my Dymo 450 label maker software did not transfer to my new PC, so I lost all of my previous addresses. Also, I emailed him a follow-up question, but I did not get a response, although he had said to contact him if I had other questions. Overall, he was very knowledgeable and ensured that all of my devices were working properly. I am pleased with how my computer and WiFi are working after the data transfer and set up.

      Excellent! Help. Geek squad personal was the best help ever. Store help was very good. They were friendly and super helpful. You can bet I will be back to purchase and use Best Buy again. My friends and relatives will be reminded about the great service I received. I would recommend them to anyone.
