The man that came out to do my setup was very very efficient and very knowledgeable

The Geek agent was competent and had my computer system connected, up and running in relatively short order. Very satisfied with the service. One issue still continued to pop up on occassion. I would lose internet connection for periods of time but was able to reestablish connection. This continued to be an issue until it failed and stayed down for several days. At that time I called Spectrum and had them replace my modem and some of the wires connecting it. That took care of the problem. The modem of course was not a geek problem but one of Spectrums issues.

The Geek Squad person (sorry, I don't remember his name) was on time, very cordial, knowledgeable and quick in his set up!! The only thing I wish is that he had told me he was connecting me through the wi-fi instead of hard wiring my pc. As it turned out I had so much trouble staying online I had to call the cable company to come out. They hard wired my pc and I haven't had any problems since!!!

Geek Squad could not completely install my computer because the graphics card wasn't working. My old computer was installed again and I had to return my new computer to the store. I wasn't able to get another graphics card because the new computer, which I purchased in March, has been disconnected and there are no replacement parts available. Now I have to start shopping again for a new computer. I was given credit on my Best Buy account for the new computer. I feel like I should be given a gift card or something.

The technician did a great job of getting my computers and printers up and running, along with wireless to the computer in another room. Since I suffered a traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) after being plowed down by a truck, I unfortunately lack the sense to hook things like this up, like I once used to. Geek Squad came to the rescue, and I am very thankful for the help.
