Was able to set up myself with assistance of Geek Squad by phone & online.

Technician was able to install new computer system but ran out of time to install a gaming program. It took three different calls and many hours to Geek Squad to find someone who could install gaming software and connect printer using wireless connection. Final person was able to make the wireless connection in about 10 minutes.

Michael arrived as scheduled. He was very pleasant and courteous. He set up my computer and several peripheral items. He was very kind and patient He taught me how to better navigate and use Windows 10. He taught me and answered several problems I experienced. He is very savvy with current technology - like a genius!

After reflooring the 'man cave' we tried to rewire our electronic devices so they would work. After a fair number of tries -- we failed in our efforts. A Geek Squad member arrived and fixed the problem. During the repair, he explained what he was doing and offered ideas on what we did wrong. He did NOT 'talk down' to us at any time. Well done!!

The tech set up the IPad he was pleasant . Nothing on him but right now frustrated with Ipad. Can’t get the zag keyboard to work, keep getting the screen keypad, and not to happy with the Office word beginning think I should have left the 12.9 in the store. I think if not for Covd19 could probably go in store an some of this would be resolved.

Delivered and installed as ordered and cleaned up after themselves.

Parker S was exceedingly helpful and so pleasant. We wanted these devices so my adult son with disabilities could use echo to call on phone for emergencies and to be able to access the tv on his own. Parker was so respectful of Kevin and went out of his way to help us. I cannot say enough about him. He epitomizes the best in customer service.

The Geek squad troupes are the most amazing, well trained, understanding and wonderful, professional people we have had contact with for a long time. We are pretty computer dummies....then enters the Geek Squad!!!!I They know their stuff, had us up and running in no time. We rate them as Miracle Workers.

Installed Apple TV. Shoed us how it works. Very knowledgeable.

I had a complicated need for the security. It was not only to keep people out but also to keep someone in. My son (31) has a TBI and tends to bring home homeless people. Before putting them up I would come home from running an errand and find homeless people in my house. My son now how’s I can see anyone he brings in while I am gone. This has cut down on him doing it since I can tell.

Could not do without the in home take over your screen approach

HAYK MACHANDJYAN was excellent. He is knowledgeable, friendly, He showed us much. Hayk is efficient. We highly recommned him. He was also very respectful of the situation going on -- he wore a mask, was clean and courteous. LOVE HIM.

The new Shark vacmop was easy to put together and so far, it works great. Haven't used the washing feature as yet,
