My agent listened to my problem, then went to work on my computer. He looked at one thing at a time, to see what was the problem, then went on the next thing. He was very sure of what he was doing, and had the problem figured out in no time. Within 20 minutes he had my computer connected to the internet, and I am very happy!

We were extremely happy with the setup. He was patient and answered all my questions!

If you get the right person there is no price to put on this service. I have used it 4 or 5 times now and the guys that came out knew their stuff and their help was invaluable. I am so pleased I signed on to the Geek Sqaud. I got two of my good buddies to sign on & they are also pleased with the service.

They did a great job. Discovered after they left that the sound bar was still blocking the remote sensor so I raised the tv with another piece of wood. Because I didn't have my netfliks password they couldn't set that up for me. I had to call Spectrum and we got it straightened out but now the sound bar doesn't work! Hectic holidays, I will have to call GS again.

Set up my computer transfer from a very old one. Easy to work with.

Good product. A little hard to learn software. Great color and resolution.

They arrived on time and did the installation quickly. He also recommended a book to help my wife learn her computer.

I was having problems with my cell phone that wouldn't transfer photos from my computer to back to my phone, and my agent really worked hard to help with this problem. He went the extra mile to help me. He was finally able to get the photos out so I could get them developed before they were gone forever.

The agent set up my printer to lap top Wireless and attempted to scan documents Into a software for me to work on but i have To get more information per telephone to be Able to write on documents didnt have the right program i believe or my destop doesnt Have right software the agent did all he could for what i have now. Very curteous and Helpful.

The agent did complete setup of new laptop including the internet security. He notified me when he was 15 minutes away. He was quick and answered all my questions. This is something I could not have done myself and was glad Geek Squad was there.
