The Geek squad troupes are the most amazing, well trained, understanding and wonderful, professional people we have had contact with for a long time. We are pretty computer dummies....then enters the Geek Squad!!!!I They know their stuff, had us up and running in no time. We rate them as Miracle Workers.

Good product. A little hard to learn software. Great color and resolution.

They did a great job. Discovered after they left that the sound bar was still blocking the remote sensor so I raised the tv with another piece of wood. Because I didn't have my netfliks password they couldn't set that up for me. I had to call Spectrum and we got it straightened out but now the sound bar doesn't work! Hectic holidays, I will have to call GS again.

The agent set up my printer to lap top Wireless and attempted to scan documents Into a software for me to work on but i have To get more information per telephone to be Able to write on documents didnt have the right program i believe or my destop doesnt Have right software the agent did all he could for what i have now. Very curteous and Helpful.

My agent listened to my problem, then went to work on my computer. He looked at one thing at a time, to see what was the problem, then went on the next thing. He was very sure of what he was doing, and had the problem figured out in no time. Within 20 minutes he had my computer connected to the internet, and I am very happy!
