Best Buy always receives the highest rating possible from me whenever I visit one of your stores and interact with one of your employees and/or buy something. My apologies, but it’s very irritating to receive these evaluations from every enter one of your establishments. Please stop doing this.

We received a computer invasion with a claim that our Microsoft Program had been “hacked” so the computer was closed down. Our Geek Squad person solved the problem and calmed our anxiety. Every thing turned out solved. Very calm, very professional and sensitive. Thanks. Hugh Westgate.

My technician was very efficient, friendly and professional. Once everything was hooked up, he explained how the equipment worked, he suggested I try out a few operations. He answered all of my questions and advised me that I could follow up with him and or the Geek Squad if I later came up with more questions.

Agent Timothy installed my new EPSON printer. He did an outstanding job. Agent Timothy is both professional and friendly. He allowed me to ask questions and he answered them in a very polite manner helping me to understand the mechanics of how my new printer functions. He’s the BEST!!!

The Geek Squad "agent" was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I used this same person a few months ago for installation of another computer. I was so pleased that I requested him again!!!!!!! He took the time to explain and answer my questions. I highly recommend their services, well worth it!!!!!!!!

System setup was done in a efficient and timely manner.

The computer works wonderfully. After the Geek Squad and I worked together, we managed to iron out some kinks and now she hums along like the workhorse she is. Because of a hardware glitch, our installer had to come back a second day. Despite the setbacks I would not consider using anyone else.

Agent worked on desk top, set up new laptop. Only issue I have is my address book is gone and I can't seem to locate it. The other issue is when scanning a document, if I send through to email directly, i have no record that it was sent. IF I want to see confirmation that it was sent and who to i have to save as PDF and then send.

Transfer information from old iPad to the new iPad. This was done at the Maple Grove store and all went well except the email did not transfer over
