the agent set up my new computer and connected it to my other devices including printer. excellent service . arrived on time and dealt with the job in a timely. he answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything he did. great experience from beginning to end.

So pleased with the Geek Squad technician. Everything went so smoothly.

The agent did complete setup of new laptop including the internet security. He notified me when he was 15 minutes away. He was quick and answered all my questions. This is something I could not have done myself and was glad Geek Squad was there.

He did a fantastic job and explained what/how to use the copier.

The agent quickly and efficiently set up my new HP desktop computer, made sure that everything was running correctly, verified that my Firefox browser was transferred from the previous computer, and checked to make sure my document printer was operating correctly by printing out a sample page.

Terrific technician! Obviously knowledgeable. Polite and professional, and a friendly manner. He resolved problems on two tvs , making the tvs, cable boxes, Rokus and tv ears all work together. He understood the problems and fixed them quickly and well. Thank you, Matt!

I finally learned how to move around on my smart TV screen. Now, thanks to Best Buy techs I can now get from Cable to Netflix or DVD Player & back to cable. I Can't thank you enough for all your help. I am enjoying watching this updated TV. My old one was about 9 years old.

The agent set up my TV & it is very nice. However, when I initially turn it on, a large window comes up saying the TV is capable of a higher resolution, & do I want that? Of course I do! I called Spectrum & the woman who answered said she changed something to allow 1080 pixel resolution. However the window still comes up, & I have to go through that exercise. The Spectrum technician says it also occurs on his TV, & he just lives with it.

I have always received good quality service from the Geek Squad. However, this time the Geek Squad came up a little short. The tech informed me that because I had so much data on my old computer and that my old computer was so slow that he would have to come back on Tuesday, February 4. I never heard from him or the Geek Squad again. I made an appointment which i am going to cancel as it is on a week day and I work. I have had some problems which need to be resolved.

The in home set up was good the agent was knowledgeable and made the job seamless it went so fast.
