Rather than fumble around installing applications on my new laptop on a Saturday morning, I had Geek Squad come out and it was all done within half an hour. Everything should be this easy. Tech wore a mask and did all the protocols to keep my family safe from COVID-19. Great experience.

Agent went above and beyond in helping me try and fix my laptop and when it was obvious it was beyond repair, helped me pick out a new one that suited my needs and budget, then came back and installed it for me and made sure everything was working properly.

The gentlemen set up my new computer and transferred my data from my old computer in a matter of minimal time

Very happy with the Geek Squad service. Tech came to my house but couldn’t fix my PC. He said I needed to take it to Best Buy store and they would check it out there and fix the problem, which they did. Very happy with tech (Scott) and service at store.

Brian, the service tech, did an outstanding job of efficiently setting up my computer and connecting it to my printer, Amazon speakers, etc. He was friendly, professional, and answered all my numerous questions. Highly recommend their tech support program!

I had hardwood flooring installed in the condo and the computer and peripheral equipment had to be disconnected and I could not get it back working. Called in the Geek Squad. He was terrific. He got everything connected and working! Saved me a lot of aggravation.

Geek as always provides great care & service. When you buy something great to know Geek squad is so reliable. On site or in home service is great. My on site service was provided with care due to the Covid pandemic. Geek service person used a mask and foot protection.

My favorite Geek Squad agent, Robert, came to my aid once again and got my MACAiirbook up and running. I knew it would go well because he’s helped me before. He patiently answers my good and/or stupid questions. He helps my limping AT&T connection get everything downloaded and installed. He gives me complete confidence in Geek Squad and Best Buy.

I still have questions and issues with my 2 new computers but the problem is me (72 year old computer illiterate), not Gerk squad. My complaint is how long the wait time is for an appointment and without one, no one is available. You need more employees to handle the need.

David McMahon came to my home and set up my computer under the Service Contract that I purchased. David did an outstanding job and I would encourage others to purchase this service contract so that you could have a member of the GEEK SQUAD (David McMahon if you live in RI and are fortunate to have him) come to set-up your computer.

Since I am not a Computer GURU I chose to have the luxury of having the Geek Squad complete the entire new setup for me at my home. Both David and Cedric were patient and even transferred all my exiting files from my old computer. My hat goes off to both of them and I hope their supervisors will acknowledge them in rewards as outstanding employees.

The agents were very professional. They set up my devices and answered all my questions. I am not technically up to date, so I really appreciated their expertise. I have no complaints because there have been no problems with my devices. You have an A-One team. Thank you!

Grant was amazing. He hooked up the new computer, hooked it to 2 printers, and hooked everything into the Comcast systems including Home Security. Comcast could not get it hooked into the Security system so Grant came back and showed them how to do it after Comcast sent 2 different techs that could not do it.
