The Geek Squad person was intelligent and well informed.

I had Geek Squad come in to hook up my new printer. People said, "oh, you can do it yourself." Well, after watching Ben (I hope I remembered his name correctly) set it up, I would not have been able to do this myself. He was efficient, knowledgeable, speedy service and friendly. Would definitely recommend their service.

The Geek Squad personnel was not successful with pairing the smart plugs to my home WIFI network. As we found out after performing a network speed test was that my home WIFI network was getting overloaded with the other smart home devices in addition to the phones and tablets that were already running on my home WIFI network. In conclusion, I will need to boost my home network with a WIFI extender before attempting to add on more smart home devices.

he did not call an hour before hand.....he called as he arrived....he did not go to ground floor to enter my apartment...... I had to beg, and beg for what I wanted ! He finally arranged to have my copier do as requested..... The gentleman who came for my phone installation, was a better service person....thanks for my free installation The $50.00 charge for the copier and a member was outrageous Mrs. C. Sewell

Went into Best Buy for assistance with several issues with my computer and also to buy a new router/modem. Devon was great and did a fantastic job in resolving all my issues and helping get the best modem for my needs. Highly recommend the geek squad!!!!

The agent worked very quickly setting up my computer. He then sat me at the computer and made sure I was very comfortable with it before he left. Recently I picked up a scam online that locked up my computer. Glad I had Geek Squad support. I called them and they helped me get out it.

My first appointment got canceled due to the tecks illness .He showed up on time and did a great job setting up my computer.

Agent, Brian, setup my new PC and made sure that all my other devices were operating correctly. Answered all my questions on some of the newer functions on this PC. Very knowledgeable and adhered to all Covid guidelines as he entered my home.

Justin was wonderful when he came out. He was kind and patient, as I was venturing back to internet at home after being hacked and I am going to ask for him for any computer issues and I am so impressed with such a kind heart. His parents must be very proud. kh

Geek Squad technician solved the problem of not being able to download and upload video to Youtube. Very personable and very efficient person. Enjoyed meeting him (Chris) and having the problem solved and explained the solution. Excellent service.

The Geek Squad came to set up my new HP computer. My husband appreciated that he didn't have to do it. Everything went as expected and it didn't take long for the setup. I was impressed about the contact that was made prior to the appointment, right down to 15 minutes before arrival.

The installer of our new computer did a most wonderful job. He was on time, did a thorough installation and left the room where he installed the computer clean. He also kept his distance from us and used all other covid precautions. He answered all our questions.

Tech person was very knowledgeable about the set up and transfer of information to my new computer! He made sure everything was set up and running the way it's supposed to and that the new computer was downloaded with the information from my previous computer!

I have had Geek Squad out multiple times for in-home assistance with various computer and tech set ups. They are timely, experienced, friendly, covid-sensitive. Will continue to ask their help in setting up any new tech.

The GS technician very efficiently downloaded Webroot and walked me through the process so that I could upgrade on my other computers once I returned home. The whole process took just minutes with instructions from the technician clear and concise. Wonderful service and professional assistance.
