Agent helped me figure out what I needed after in store people supplied incorrect information. Great help!

It does everything an iMac does but can be mated with a less expensive monitor and other peripherals. Very sturdy and reliable. Unfortunately the Geek Squad team couldn't figure out how to set it up and I lost all internet access for a week until my ISP sent out a service rep who solved the problem in five minutes by switching two plugs.

he did not call an hour before hand.....he called as he arrived....he did not go to ground floor to enter my apartment...... I had to beg, and beg for what I wanted ! He finally arranged to have my copier do as requested..... The gentleman who came for my phone installation, was a better service person....thanks for my free installation The $50.00 charge for the copier and a member was outrageous Mrs. C. Sewell

Justin was wonderful when he came out. He was kind and patient, as I was venturing back to internet at home after being hacked and I am going to ask for him for any computer issues and I am so impressed with such a kind heart. His parents must be very proud. kh

The agent worked very quickly setting up my computer. He then sat me at the computer and made sure I was very comfortable with it before he left. Recently I picked up a scam online that locked up my computer. Glad I had Geek Squad support. I called them and they helped me get out it.

The Geek Squad personnel was not successful with pairing the smart plugs to my home WIFI network. As we found out after performing a network speed test was that my home WIFI network was getting overloaded with the other smart home devices in addition to the phones and tablets that were already running on my home WIFI network. In conclusion, I will need to boost my home network with a WIFI extender before attempting to add on more smart home devices.

The installer of our new computer did a most wonderful job. He was on time, did a thorough installation and left the room where he installed the computer clean. He also kept his distance from us and used all other covid precautions. He answered all our questions.

Tech person was very knowledgeable about the set up and transfer of information to my new computer! He made sure everything was set up and running the way it's supposed to and that the new computer was downloaded with the information from my previous computer!

The Geek Squad came to set up my new HP computer. My husband appreciated that he didn't have to do it. Everything went as expected and it didn't take long for the setup. I was impressed about the contact that was made prior to the appointment, right down to 15 minutes before arrival.

Roy Love from Geek Squad did a fantastic job. He fixed my printer so I could Scan again from my Apple Mac Pro lap top and from the printer. Roy was very professional and answered my questions. We both kept 6 feet apart and wore masks. Roy was awesome.

I had Geek Squad come in to hook up my new printer. People said, "oh, you can do it yourself." Well, after watching Ben (I hope I remembered his name correctly) set it up, I would not have been able to do this myself. He was efficient, knowledgeable, speedy service and friendly. Would definitely recommend their service.
