Great job, very efficient, answered all our questions

The agent assembled my computer, monitor and printer. Set-up everything, made sure that everything was working properly and then gave me a quick overview. He was very thorough and very patient with me as I have quite a few questions. GREAT Customer Service experience!!!

The agent set up my laptop and my mouse, downloaded the Microsoft Office programs, and he connected the laptop to my printer. He also installed chrome and set up my icons and bookmarks. I am very grateful. He made it easy for me to use the laptop! Thank you.

My first appointment got canceled due to the tecks illness .He showed up on time and did a great job setting up my computer.

Our In-Home-Agent, Clay, way very quick setting up our computer/printer. He was neat & polite. My only 'complaint' would be that most young folks like Clay don't realize that old folks like me have a much harder time understanding the technical jargon associated with computers. Perhaps a "Windows 10 for Old Farts" should be included with every purchase.

The tech that came out was courteous and answered any questions I had. Took his time trying to trouble shoot what I could not. Getting the Geek Squad service through you all. Is the best thing I've ever done. For us not tech savvy people. Its worth it !!!!

The GS technician very efficiently downloaded Webroot and walked me through the process so that I could upgrade on my other computers once I returned home. The whole process took just minutes with instructions from the technician clear and concise. Wonderful service and professional assistance.

The agent was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She resolved multiple issues related to our new wifi router. She even helped with an issue with our smart TV. She wore a mask, glove, and shoes covers the entire time. She made the process seamless.

The Geeker was professional, fast, and showed this 78 year old dude some the basics I needed to know. He set up the screen so that it is a snap to go where I neededto. I give him a 10 and request him the next time I need a wonderful Geek.

My Geek was anything but...he was a wealth of knowledge and passed along several tips and tricks as he worked through setting up my computer and wireless router and even came back on a Saturday to finish when he realized the computer monitor was defective. He saved me a lot of time and hassle . Excellent service.

Gilbert, the G. Sq. agent who set up my new computer was Excellent. Coordinated it to work wirelessly with my printer. He was Very clear, Efficient and took his time to be sure I (who am not very 'techy') understood how every-thing works. I was just Delighted.

My computer and printer were installed quickly. I was kinda hanging around watching him and he told me it would be better if Ieft the room and let him do his work. I realized I needed to leave because of the virus thing and also that he wanted to get the job done.

My Geek Squad installation was smooth and efficient.

My wife had a list of questions that they went through, She got thorough answers and explanations, was shown how to do things she asked about. He took all the time that was needed, never seemed rushed.

Already had wall mount from replaced TV. Gentlemen was in and out without extra time and gave explicit instructions for max enjoyment of new product. Would never consider buying elsewhere because of Geek Squad satisfaction.
