The agent installed the new HP Printer to two devices and removed the references to the previous HP Printer. He explained the differences with the new printer. Overall I found him to be very knowledgeable about the workings of both the computers and the printer. I appreciated his help..

A Geek Squad member came to my place and set up and installed the computer and answered my questions. I likely would not have been able to do it by myself, at least without problems. I was able to reach out to the Geek Squad with subsequent issues with no problem. Having a Homo Sapien to work with is a BIG PLUS.

My desk top hardware had crashed. Our Geek said that the store had a stronger way to try to retrieve the information - that did not work - nor did a private computer repair store. Our Geek was specific as to our having a backup device attached. We learned our lesson and found out how to prevent another event happening.

The agent accessed the computer and erase Internet Explorer and an obsolete game by going to the game’s website and downloaded the current updated version of the game. He put some shortcuts on my desktop and fixed the 5-K player

The guy who came, Colin, was amazing. He was polite and his customer service skills DID NOT SUCK! He was helpful, efficient, and answered my myriad of questions with patience. I would use the service again, and hope I get Colin again! Since electronics are not my forte, the cost was absolutely worth it.

Agent Paul was extremely helpful in helping me to decide on a replacement HP Desktop. Myprevious computer had major problems with the hard drive. I had problems trying to install a new printer. In economics they have a thing called "opportunity cost" which simply states "is it worth more to you to do something yourself or to pay someone else to do it.: In this case it was worth an extra fee to have the experts do the install and make sure it was done right.

Arrived early for the appointment. Called ahead to ask if this was ok. More than ok!! Very polite and all my questions were answered. No frustration on my part trying to get set up. Did a few tests to make printer and everything was functioning and I was ready to go. Leave it to the pros for a home set up.
