My computer and printer were installed quickly. I was kinda hanging around watching him and he told me it would be better if Ieft the room and let him do his work. I realized I needed to leave because of the virus thing and also that he wanted to get the job done.

Josh Post, geek squad, was the best! He helped this senior with patient answers, and computer questions. He is very knowledgeable, and professional. If I have any problems of any kind, I would be thrilled to have him help me again. Thanks for a great job, Josh!

Gilbert, the G. Sq. agent who set up my new computer was Excellent. Coordinated it to work wirelessly with my printer. He was Very clear, Efficient and took his time to be sure I (who am not very 'techy') understood how every-thing works. I was just Delighted.

My wife had a list of questions that they went through, She got thorough answers and explanations, was shown how to do things she asked about. He took all the time that was needed, never seemed rushed.

I had problems trying to install a new printer. In economics they have a thing called "opportunity cost" which simply states "is it worth more to you to do something yourself or to pay someone else to do it.: In this case it was worth an extra fee to have the experts do the install and make sure it was done right.

Our In-Home-Agent, Clay, way very quick setting up our computer/printer. He was neat & polite. My only 'complaint' would be that most young folks like Clay don't realize that old folks like me have a much harder time understanding the technical jargon associated with computers. Perhaps a "Windows 10 for Old Farts" should be included with every purchase.

The Geeker was professional, fast, and showed this 78 year old dude some the basics I needed to know. He set up the screen so that it is a snap to go where I neededto. I give him a 10 and request him the next time I need a wonderful Geek.

Arrived early for the appointment. Called ahead to ask if this was ok. More than ok!! Very polite and all my questions were answered. No frustration on my part trying to get set up. Did a few tests to make printer and everything was functioning and I was ready to go. Leave it to the pros for a home set up.

Jordan was clear,concise,thourough,politeand answered all my questions. prior to visit, the customer service lady told me to take my very heavy dell AIO pc back off counter as they had no room and bring back to later scheduled appt. I would have appreciated her assistance to vfind a place to store(as I did by the carts) or at least helped to transport the 40 lb. pc

Already had wall mount from replaced TV. Gentlemen was in and out without extra time and gave explicit instructions for max enjoyment of new product. Would never consider buying elsewhere because of Geek Squad satisfaction.

The agent accessed the computer and erase Internet Explorer and an obsolete game by going to the game’s website and downloaded the current updated version of the game. He put some shortcuts on my desktop and fixed the 5-K player

I have been a customer of Best Buy for many years. One of the main reasons is because of the Geek Squad. They have helped me online and in home. I have never been disappointed with their service.

The agents replaced my comcast cable box on my 3 v's with a Roku.I had 3 done at different times. The Best Buy Total plan saved me $150.00. Great service and great plan. I need a new microwave and I will only pay $49.99 instead of $149.00. How it that for savings!!!!

2 techs from the Geek Squad came and set up my recently purchased tv’s. They were expert in their field. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the product and procedure. As well as respectful to me and my home. Would definitely recommend the Geek Squad. Was very satisfied.

These Guys came to our home and Wall mounted our Brand New 82 inch Samsung and incredibly positioned it perfectly They had all the tools and all the necessary hardware to do a thorough job We had no worries and beam with Pride whenever Family and Friends come over for a visit

Agent Randall was excellent. He set my printer up, made sure it was working and then took the time to give me a tutorial on how everything worked. He also stayed to me sure I could do everything. He answered all my questions. I was very grateful for his service.

I am so pleased that I decided to have Geek Squad come to the house to do all the set-up for my new All-In-One computer. As it took reasonably long to install everything, I am very glad to have paid the nominal extra fee to have this done. Agent was very friendly and helpful.
