The gentleman who set up my computer and printer was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me everything

Outstanding service. Knowledgeable, efficient and personable representative set up new printer including wireless connection for our 2 laptop computers. As a non tech savvy customer, I appreciated her easy to understand responses to my requests.

Tech not only installed, but set up networking for computers very quickly. Fast, competent, friendly service that didn't make us feel like we were dumb senior. He actually encouraged our questions!! Answers were slowly given so we could understand how to use our new set-up.

Geek squad guy was so nice & professional getting my pc hooked up. He even downloaded a free extra security for me. He was just this nice & professional last time I lucked out & he was given my workorder. All is perfect. I love Geek Squad guys!!!

Geek Squad employee installed my desk top computer and did an excellent job. He arrived at the designated time and completed the install in a reasonable amount of time. The employee handled the install according to all appropriate covid proto calls.

They helped me add in my speakers. Set-up my main page for the internet, any firewall or identity theft apps to the computer so I'm protected all the way around. They also made sure that everything has been connected properly to my wifi and printer.

We could not figure out how to get audio to transfer to computer. We had it hooked up with transfer software but it was not working. It took awhile for the tech. To figure it out but she did not give up & called to get assist. I was very pleased with outcome.

The representative was awesome. He was on time and very polite and helpful. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was kind enough to show me how to change the battery on my Arlo camera. Very helpful and kind.

Technician was technically competent, efficient, and patient(with my questions. Only reason I didn't give an Excellent rating was how long it took to get service. Service was ordered on March 23, 2021 for delivery on April 6. Later, service was rescheduled (by Best Buy) for April 19. It took almost a month to get service! Best Buy, you can do better.

The agent did an excellent job setting up the new computer.

For those of us not to computer savvy this is the way to go. Took maybe a hour and all was set up. Works great

Had major problems setting up a printer and connecting it. I did take the guy awhile to figure out the problem. I thought he was going to give up. He was relentless and did get the job done. Hat's off to the Geek squad.

Alan from the Geek squad connected my tower for my computer. I and having a few problems with it. It does a lot of buffering when I'm on certain sites. It also jumps to different pages all by itself. I don't know if I should call and have someone come out and look at it. I joined the Geek club. But right now $50.00 is not available to spend. It was installed on Sept 8th.

My Acer laptop needed to be cleaned up and tuned to. I purchased it at best buy and I love it! I never had any issues with it, I just wanted to check and make sure all was good and after the geek squad cleaned it up it was like brand new.

All was done and explained as the items were be set up for our computer, we had issue the next day and after calling our wonderful tech called and came back the next day to check out the issue. He went above and beyond for this not so tech savvy purchaser.

The trouble shoots by remote went smoothly, language well understood, timing was scheduled as stated. Home office visit by Giang Jaytee Ta (Rancho Cucamonga) was entertaining and generous of time and patience. Suggestion when dealing with Senior Citizens is to slow down with instructions, as it may take us longer to absorb new information.

Agent Cory was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He set up my computer and gave me the steps I needed to take to transfer my data from my old computer to my new computer. He was very helpful and listened to all my concerns.

Jonathan Villaluz did a great job! Totally removed old hardware as requested. Installed my new Dell and associated software. Coordinated home email address with my work login. Made access to sites and programs seamless. Am going to request that he return to install a new printer for me!
