Technician was technically competent, efficient, and patient(with my questions. Only reason I didn't give an Excellent rating was how long it took to get service. Service was ordered on March 23, 2021 for delivery on April 6. Later, service was rescheduled (by Best Buy) for April 19. It took almost a month to get service! Best Buy, you can do better.

Geek squad guy was so nice & professional getting my pc hooked up. He even downloaded a free extra security for me. He was just this nice & professional last time I lucked out & he was given my workorder. All is perfect. I love Geek Squad guys!!!

Geek Squad employee installed my desk top computer and did an excellent job. He arrived at the designated time and completed the install in a reasonable amount of time. The employee handled the install according to all appropriate covid proto calls.

These Guys came to our home and Wall mounted our Brand New 82 inch Samsung and incredibly positioned it perfectly They had all the tools and all the necessary hardware to do a thorough job We had no worries and beam with Pride whenever Family and Friends come over for a visit

2 techs from the Geek Squad came and set up my recently purchased tv’s. They were expert in their field. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the product and procedure. As well as respectful to me and my home. Would definitely recommend the Geek Squad. Was very satisfied.

I am so pleased that I decided to have Geek Squad come to the house to do all the set-up for my new All-In-One computer. As it took reasonably long to install everything, I am very glad to have paid the nominal extra fee to have this done. Agent was very friendly and helpful.

They helped me add in my speakers. Set-up my main page for the internet, any firewall or identity theft apps to the computer so I'm protected all the way around. They also made sure that everything has been connected properly to my wifi and printer.

It is nice to know we are provided service via Geek SQUAD to assist with setup when we need their assistance. So great Best Buy takes good care of their customers overall!

Had major problems setting up a printer and connecting it. I did take the guy awhile to figure out the problem. I thought he was going to give up. He was relentless and did get the job done. Hat's off to the Geek squad.

The two guys who came from Geek Squad to help set up my TV and sound bar were professional, courteous and worked and answered all of my questions to. They gave some great suggestions as to position and explained what was the optimum viewing experience for me and my family. Spot on Geek Squad

Agent Adams and Holly did an absolutely fantastic job! They are both extremely knowledgeable and professional. Moreover, they were very patient with my wife and me, and they maintained a very customer friendly attitude throughout the entire process. They are a real asset to your business.

Tech not only installed, but set up networking for computers very quickly. Fast, competent, friendly service that didn't make us feel like we were dumb senior. He actually encouraged our questions!! Answers were slowly given so we could understand how to use our new set-up.

We could not figure out how to get audio to transfer to computer. We had it hooked up with transfer software but it was not working. It took awhile for the tech. To figure it out but she did not give up & called to get assist. I was very pleased with outcome.

The trouble shoots by remote went smoothly, language well understood, timing was scheduled as stated. Home office visit by Giang Jaytee Ta (Rancho Cucamonga) was entertaining and generous of time and patience. Suggestion when dealing with Senior Citizens is to slow down with instructions, as it may take us longer to absorb new information.

My Acer laptop needed to be cleaned up and tuned to. I purchased it at best buy and I love it! I never had any issues with it, I just wanted to check and make sure all was good and after the geek squad cleaned it up it was like brand new.

Alan from the Geek squad connected my tower for my computer. I and having a few problems with it. It does a lot of buffering when I'm on certain sites. It also jumps to different pages all by itself. I don't know if I should call and have someone come out and look at it. I joined the Geek club. But right now $50.00 is not available to spend. It was installed on Sept 8th.

Agent Cory was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He set up my computer and gave me the steps I needed to take to transfer my data from my old computer to my new computer. He was very helpful and listened to all my concerns.
