Agent Six set up my iMac in a fine fashion. This required a lot of time because there were many files to transfer from the old machine. Agent Six let the transfer run and went away. He returned right on time so finish the process.

All was done and explained as the items were be set up for our computer, we had issue the next day and after calling our wonderful tech called and came back the next day to check out the issue. He went above and beyond for this not so tech savvy purchaser.

I bought a Blu-ray player. Best Buy came, hooked it up, untangled ALL my cords and made sure it was working with my TV. Also, combined my remotes and taught me how to use them. Excellent, professional, kind and timely service

Patrick of Geek Squad worked quickly, efficiently and professionally while hooking up my computer. He also followed the CDC guide lines regarding Covid-19 procedures. He was also pleasant to deal with. My experience with him was a good one.

For those of us not to computer savvy this is the way to go. Took maybe a hour and all was set up. Works great

The agent spent time setting up existing computer equipment, voice activation hardware, TV wall mount, TV, sound bar. He took care to make sure all equipment was accessible to a family member with disabilities. I would highly recommend Geek Squad.

The initial setup of email on the laptop was incomplete. The gmail account was fine but the roadrunner account in outlook was not set properly. Taking the laptop to the store did not work because of Best Buy policy not to work on outlook problems in the store, something I was unaware of.
