Sorry I don’t remember the technicians names but, they did a great job helping my aging parents. I received a call from the team technician regarding the set up of my father’s computer and wireless printer he did a great job exactly as requested even coached my 91 yr old dad how to use the tv then I received another call from the technician before he left checking if I had any other requests, very good job, highly professional, highly recommended.

From beginning to end, my experience with the Geek Squad, was exceptional! From not having to wait on hold for an agent, to set up my appointment, they call you back, so wonderful! The very helpful lady ( sorry forgot her name ), who made my appointment, made it so easy and seamless, she also told me who my agent was going to be, it was Allen. And that he would be in touch with me, before my appointment, and he was! Allen was AWESOME, he called, left emails, keeping me up to date, with every step, for his arrival to my home. He had a very friendly & kind voice, which made me feel better about meeting him, in person. When he got here, and I talked to him, I could tell he knew his stuff, about computers, such a relief, wish I had an Allen, I could keep in my pocket, he was that GOOD!! He went right to work, and had my update issue, fixed in know time, LOVE YOU Allen!! I was just over the moon, happy with the Geek Squad service, and I tell everyone I know, family & friends, to try them!

The Geek Squad explained the workings of the computer as he set it up. I was able to ask questions as he worked and he took the time to answer so that I was comfortable and able to understand a lot. Two days after the set-up I had a question, was able to contact the Geek Squad Agent; he came by to assist me and put me at ease with the knowledge that they are still available to assist. Very satisfied.

Richie P. of the Geek Squad installed and provided set-up services for the console of my factory-repaired Bose 650 lifestyle system. He was simply GREAT!!! Work was done quickly and his explanations were clear, concise and he explained why the steps taken to operate my system were taken. All in all, he is a great representative of the Geek Squad and I'd be happy to have him work on any of my problems in the future.

My installer was a real professional and explained all that he was doing in terms easily understood. The transfer of my data from the cloud was long ( 3 hrs ) so he made another service call in the area and returned as agreed to complete the installation and patiently answered my questions. No problems, no regrets..great experience. Thanks!

Best Buy's Geek Squad has never failed us. They are knowledgeable and efficient in setting up our desktop computer.

Liz was excellent. Knew exactly what to do and was fast and efficient. I saw the setup charge for this was not included in my original bill. Best Buy helped themselves to deducting this charge from my credit card at a later date. It would be nice if Best Buy conferred with me beforehand Not the proper way to handle a transaction. Shame on Best Buy

The agent who came to our home was very polite and did an excellent job hooking up the equipment we purchased. He not only got it right first time but he took the time required to show us how it worked. Usually that part is rushed because the techs know it so well they think we will as well in a short space of time. Having a Total Tech Support plan is a must have for us!

I wanted to project recorded cable (Chicago market) programs from my tablet onto a tv in St. Pete. Thought the Apple tv device could accomplish that. Unfortunately, it's too old, and because of Xfinity limitations, even a new Apple tv wouldn't work. Geek tech quickly showed me how to accomplish my objective, with minimal cost. He took the time to explain and educate. I'm very happy with the result, and a true fan of the Geek Squad.

Gary was excellent struggling to setup bike on our phones. He spoke with customer rep at company. Our phones were incompatible. He was able to load on his phone. I explained we were going to be purchasing a tablet soon and would utilize that on the bike. Was able to set up account on my phone; but, phone would not access programs for bike. Will be correcting with new purchase.

Geek Squad Double Agent Marcos Zapata went way above and beyond the call of duty in both setting up and transferring all data from my previous PC to the newly acquired one. He displayed a great deal of patience, effort, professionalism and care in performing the task, ensuring that I understood it's operation and then double checking that EVERYTHING was done to my satisfaction! He was an absolute pleasure to have in my presence.

The Geek Squad tech hooked up my new desktop computer, with my wifi. He also synced it with my wireless printer, new wireless mouse, new wireless keyboard and installed my new virus scan faster than than I ever could have. He even removed the old hard drive from my old computer and gave it to me. He also transferred my old data and installed in my new desktop. He was really quick and helpful.

The agent installed Office 365 and Trend Micro on two new devices and one older laptop. He was there when he said he would be, answered all our questions and gave us a quick overview of the new devices. Because of the covid restrictions we had set up a table top space for him to work and he was able to spread the devices out and get them all working together.

The agent set up my laptop quickly and answered all questions. He was very knowledgeable.

3 men arrived and connected my equipment in minutes. very helpful AND knowledgeable.

The geek squad guy transferred all my information from the old computer into the new one. The agent was knowledgeable. The problem now is the Windows 10 system has some complicated stuff that I can't figure out on my own so I need the geek squad back. Also the OneDrive from Microsoft has never operated correctly after the agent left so I will not renew this subscription when it becomes due.
