The geek squad is the best. Mr. Welch is a wizard! He hooked up my laptop and saved all my files from my old desktop. I needed a new printer and he found one in my price range. It is an HP laser printer and I love it!

It was nice to have all the old equipment disassembled. As an elder, it is difficult to get under the desk! He set up the new system and made sure the connectivity was correct. I believe that a handbook or "to do" list to bring all of the software up to date would have been helpful. For example, the iOS was High Sierra, the latest is Mohave and a download was needed to make sure everything worked (e.g. iTunes)

They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 days of purchasing my computer and monitor. The agent arrived on time and had us up and running within 45 minutes. Money well spent to keep my stress level at a minimum.

I had agents install tv, antenna and mesh. Plus hook up internet on new CPU and printer. Both agents were tech savvy and well informed. Even if I had to buy additional products I knew why and how it would benefit me. Robert and Brandon are ACE!!!

If it wasn’t for Eric the geek squad person I would never have bought anything from Best Buy again. But Eric saved you and I will continue to be a Best Buy customer. He’s a good guy and a real asset to Best Buy.

The agent was super in assisting my wife and I setup our new computer, and printer. The area that we most needed assistance was the wireless network, and he was very knowledge in helping us get all the settings correct.

Adam is the Best! Adam is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He is a great educator too! Adam answered my questions and demonstrated each item. He also assisted with choosing the best speakers for my use.

Ordered head phones for my Dell computer as speakers do not work. The head phones work great. To select the Head Phones, Geek Squad helped me with what I needed. Very happy with the results. thank you

The agent did a great job while here at our house. He left a card with his number and said to call if we needed additional support pertinent to the service he provided. We did need support, and I called and left messages, but he never called me back. Nice guy but disappointing follow up.

The agent set up my computer quickly and efficiently. He was neat and orderly with all the parts paperwork and boxes. He moved my files from my old computer to my new computer. He was friendly and professional and patiently answered all my questions.

They were very professional. They called prior to arriving. They were able to set up our modem as well as our Amazon Show. Also, they were able to diagnose and fix my computer problems. They worked quickly and very informative

The agent was very professional. He set up my computer and loaded all of my software. There were problems with downloading the Microsoft Office program, but he persisted and finally got it to download.

Service tech called in advance to confirm, then called when he left previous client. Arrived on time. Took old printer for recycling. Installed new printer, connected it to our LAN, made sure all three of our computers were able to print over LAN. Was very polite and competent.

Once the issue was settled, I was very happy.Michael O'hara went out of his way to fix the issue. Very happy with treatment from J. Tyler Singleton !! Need to crack down on David Carpenter's treatment of older folks. .
