The Geek Squad, Shawn, was fantastic at getting info from old computer and installing on our new computer. Answer all questions. Really knew what he was doing. Perfect transition to new computer immediately upon use.

The geek squad is the best. Mr. Welch is a wizard! He hooked up my laptop and saved all my files from my old desktop. I needed a new printer and he found one in my price range. It is an HP laser printer and I love it!

They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 days of purchasing my computer and monitor. The agent arrived on time and had us up and running within 45 minutes. Money well spent to keep my stress level at a minimum.

Service tech called in advance to confirm, then called when he left previous client. Arrived on time. Took old printer for recycling. Installed new printer, connected it to our LAN, made sure all three of our computers were able to print over LAN. Was very polite and competent.

Adam is the Best! Adam is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He is a great educator too! Adam answered my questions and demonstrated each item. He also assisted with choosing the best speakers for my use.

The agent set up my computer system and made sure all was working. She worked with great professionalism. This was great service and I highly recommend this agent. She is very intelligent and quite polite. Her customer service is exemplary.

The agent set up my computer quickly and efficiently. He was neat and orderly with all the parts paperwork and boxes. He moved my files from my old computer to my new computer. He was friendly and professional and patiently answered all my questions.

The agent was super in assisting my wife and I setup our new computer, and printer. The area that we most needed assistance was the wireless network, and he was very knowledge in helping us get all the settings correct.

This service is not what it was at one time. This is my 3rd computer purchase and I have had Geek Squad come and set it up and transfer my info each time. This service did not nearly match the service of the past 2 times. To begin with, at the store I was told I had FREE transfer because the computer I purchase. But when he arrived, I was told I did not and had to pay an additional fee. Since time was definitely a factor for me, I paid. My documents did not transfer satisfactorily the first time and a return trip was made. Also, this should have been determined before he left. I am still having problems with some of my information and have found that I need to recreate some of these documents in order for them to work. In addition, some of my business applications are not working properly and I am having some difficulties with those, too. I feel that all of this should have been checked before the Geek Squad left my home the first time.

The agent did a great job while here at our house. He left a card with his number and said to call if we needed additional support pertinent to the service he provided. We did need support, and I called and left messages, but he never called me back. Nice guy but disappointing follow up.

Jorge is the best tech support I have ever had from any company. Night and day compared to most other techs I have used. This is not a knock on the others, Jorge is just that good.

Computer issues. Helped tremendously. Some issues had been ongoing and he got them straightened out. Professional, helpful , explained things. Had to come back but returned as soon as possible and now all works fine. Thank you for this service!

They were very professional. They called prior to arriving. They were able to set up our modem as well as our Amazon Show. Also, they were able to diagnose and fix my computer problems. They worked quickly and very informative

I have an odd sized 10" tablet and it's been impossible to find a case for it. This one had adjustable corners and also rotated. Even though the camera hole is in the wrong spot - it's great protection and I don't use the tablet as a camera anyway.

Ordered head phones for my Dell computer as speakers do not work. The head phones work great. To select the Head Phones, Geek Squad helped me with what I needed. Very happy with the results. thank you
