The agent who came to my house to install my computer did an outstanding job. He made sure that everything was working efficiently. The installation of my computer was done very quickly, and before I knew it, I was typing away on my new computer.

Once the issue was settled, I was very happy.Michael O'hara went out of his way to fix the issue. Very happy with treatment from J. Tyler Singleton !! Need to crack down on David Carpenter's treatment of older folks. .

New device was set up and works well. Tech explained how to use it very well.

I had completed some of the instalation of my 27" Imac prior to your tech's visit. He was able to insure that all was well and demonstrate features of which I was unaware

Montgomery from Geek Squad helped me transition from a Windows 7 system to a Windows 10 system with multiple printers including installing Windows Office and connecting 3 different email accounts. My learning curve was greatly shortened.

My agent did an awesome job. Very knowledgeable. He transferred my old files and showed me how to use my new computer. If I had known it was going to be this pain free I would have done it so much sooner. Geek Squad is definitely the way to go.

The agent was very professional. He set up my computer and loaded all of my software. There were problems with downloading the Microsoft Office program, but he persisted and finally got it to download.

The Geek Squad setup my new Acer Nitro 5 Laptop PC to perfection. The technician was highly qualified, professional, and very accommodating. I had a list of requests to mirror (as closely as possible) the laptop PC I was replacing. I wasn’t disappointed.

I have used Geek Squad for everything related to electronics and I have been happy every time. I have never found an incompetent representative and, with varying personalities, they are always polite, efficient, organized and careful when visiting my home.

Two of the shortcuts the tech set up for me have failed to work after a little over a month. He set up shortcuts to my two email addresses. Now when I click on the shortcut I receive a message that navigation to my home page has been discontinued and I have to enter my address each time to access my email boxes instead of going directly into them when I click the icon. Any suggestions on how to .handle this?

"Ho" came out to repair my new dishwasher and new refrigerator. Minor adjustments were necessary. Ho was VERY informative and spent the time teaching me things about my new appliances. He fixed the issues and was clean, friendly, and helpful.
