Richard was personable, patient, and efficient in setting up the computer and the printer. He also helped me with information regarding Internet access. My appointment was rescheduled several times but the Geek Dept and Richard communicated with me. Evan from the store in Columbus was also very helpful. He helped me shopping and explaining services.

Agent Carlos, on February 5th offloaded all of my files from my 8 year old Dell desktop to my new Dell Inspiron 3880; he installed Microsoft office programs; he also provided an icon on my homepage to provide easy access to aol; over the weekend on a virtual appointment with another Geek Squad technician Zoom was installed. That also is accessible from my homepage. Carlos also helped me setup wifi on my new Android phone.

The agent who came to set up my new computer and transfer data from the old one was great. He was on time, got everything done quickly, and was very good about explaining what he was doing every step of the way. This is the only way to go for someone like me who doesn't have the time nor inclination to do this kind of thing. Just log-in and go. Great job Geek Squad!

Every aspect from purchase through set-up has been a wonderful experience with courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. My Mac was 9 years old so I thought I would try something new. I bought a Dell Inspiron. It's been a challenge, but I'm learning and moving forward. Geek set-up was fast and complete as he kept me informed of his arrival time. All is good.

The agent understood what I wanted to accomplish and got my computer and components working the way I wanted with no problems. I had to purchase another cable but the agent had one so he could complete the setup without having to get the parts. He practiced social distance protocols and I think we were both comfortable with each other.

The agent spent the time needed to get the computer set up and was patient with our questions regarding the new platform, Windows 10. Unless you are a computer expert, it is more than worth the price to have Geek Squad (at least the gentleman that helped us) set up your equipment. He also provided tremendous tips on operation and made our move to Windows 10 from Windows 7 very easy.

Purchasing the installation of my new desktop computer was the best decision. They took care of cleaning up the 'automatic' install/software that comes with new computer, set up my email, anti-virus software, transferred data from old computer, and installed backup device. Saved me lots of time and headaches - thank you Geek Squad!

My tech was a Dual Agent, very impressive. Friendly, didn’t mind my interruptions, connected all my devices, set up my printer (which wasn’t on the work order, but he said he would add it when he got back to work, so he would get paid for his time.) Excellent! And, my set-up appointment was very soon after I purchased my computer (maybe 1-2 days).

Agent Brian White worked on transferring all the data from my old computer to the new one. He was very professional and worked dilligently on the job. As I was in the room I had some questions which he answered courteously. He completed the task in a timely manner and made sure I could access the new computer before he left.

If you depend on your computer then purchase this plan for 1 year. I have had very productive results on depending on the Geek Squad to share my computer online. They ran all kinds of test, found numerous problems, then tuned it up and it's humming like when it was new. They even want me to revisit them about every 4 months to keep it fine tuned. I can't tell enough what a bang for your buck you'll get for this deal!!!

Charles called to let me know he was on the way, I appreciated that. He did an excellent job setting up my new ASUS All-in-One desktop computer. He also did a few more things to help me totally understand the workings of my new computer. He was very polite and efficient in doing his job and I am very satisfied with the work he accomplished.

GS clarified some security issues, made some additions/changes to ( ? ) software. They were very competent and courteous. I am still struggling to understand the Microsoft set-up, as well as other ( ? ) program operations. NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL AVAILABLE WITH PURCHASE, APPARENTLY. I have ordered one from Amazon which will not be available until July 2020.

Nancy did an excellent job setting up my new computer, connecting it to the monitor and printer, downloading data from my old hard drive, and giving me a quick tutorial of Microsoft Office which I had not previously used. She also answered all of the questions asked by this computer dinosaur without making me feel foolish. Nancy did an awesome job!

The agent set up my computer and had me check out to insure my comfort with the new set up. Further, I have called the agent twice after (in the last couple of weeks) about questions I had and he has not only clarified my questions and taught me things about the computer. Very professional and most helpful.

Geek Squad has tried so hard to get our system right, and we thank them for their efforts. We have continually bought products and installations to convert from DirecTV to streaming HULU and Netflix, etc. We just kept running into video issues. The Apple TV - 32GB as streaming devices replaced our FireSticks we had purchased from Best Buy on our two TVs....because we had such a problem with picture degradation and freezing. Those problems are much better now with the Apple TV - 32GB ,,,but not gone completely. Geek Squad thought maybe it was our WiFi, so replaced the LINKSYS VELOP TRI-BAND we had purchased from Best Buy with the GOOGLE Mesh 3-system. That is a definite improvement, too...but again...we still have some issues. It is not our internet signal. as we have fiber-optic service at 1 Gig ...but we continue to have some streaming picture issues. The only problem was Geek Squad charged us some repeat charges for some (not all) of the installations. (Seemed unnecessary charges, since our problem was always the video reception.) Otherwise, we like Geek Squad efforts to get us a good system.

Zach was knowledgeable, efficient and answered a ton of questions for us!! This in home visit was exceptional!! Both laptops were set up correctly with software, printers, back up hard drive and he gave us quick tutorials on both new set ups!! All we had to do was start using our new equipment!!! Zach provided exceptional customer service!!! So appreciate his work!!!

The tech that helped set up our printer, was the most professional and friendly gentleman. If we had questions, he answered them, even when he was processing the steps to get the printer up and running, he actually walked us thru every step he was performing.
