I was very fortunate to have Lizz as my set up person. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Not being very techno-savvy to say the least, I found Lizz very approachable to ask what, I am sure, were obvious questions but she never blinked any eye and was so helpful. She is a credit to the Geek Squad and Best Buy!

first, i've had other geek subscriptions but this newer designed service seems to actually help the customer a bit more. i do like the new any number of items per policy as before only three. the tech who installed in my home the items i needed was well trained and great with customers. we all have to admit that some of these geeks are geeks. this guy was a real personality.

After I purchased a gaming desktop and monitor, I decided to call upon the Geek Squad to set it up for me. I am so glad I called them. Prompt, efficient service. Great deal for the price. The Geek Squad Rep could not have been nicer. Did a perfect ob setting this up and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

the agent who setup computer was good,and he was very kind. i would refer geek squad to everyone ,the agent called before setup and told me when he would arrive, ontime,and told me who he was here for and his name. i have used them before on setting up entertainment system and computer setup the are the best.

Hector, from the Geek Squad adjusted my laptop from being geared specifically toward the business uses of my late husband to a more versatile and easy usage for me. He did a very nice job and I am most appreciative of the timely response and the in home visit. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

When the Laptop was first turned on, it started a program to show me how to set up the computer but it first wanted an internet connection. I could not remember the wifi password and was stuck. After Geek Squad visited my house, identified my wifi password and set up the Laptop, I have had no problems with this Laptop.

I received wonderful assistance at the store when I purchased my item. When someone from the geek squad came to my home office to help me install my equipment, he was helpful, patient and focused. He got everything installed quickly and it all worked. He had a mask on the whole time and gloves. I was pleased with the service.

The geek squad guy was very nice and took his time answering all of my questions. I guess I am not computer savy enough to know all the right questions to ask and so there are still thngs I need or would like to know about my equiptment that I have to call and ask when I have more time to do so.

Matt and Marina worked on my laptop computer to get me on line with every thing I needed to have. I don’t know anything about setting up a computer so they worked to have you laptop talk to my iPad, my desktop. This way I’m able to use any of them with no trouble. They were great and very helpful. Thanks to them I be back

Douglas from Geek Squad arrived at stated time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Went the extra step to assist in adding Amazon Prime and assisted in password reset. Douglas also wore his mask and took extra care to keep us both safe. I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise!

Our Best Buy representative thoroughly assisted us in the transition to our new computer. He made sure that all the files, etc. got transferred properly. We were very pleased with his attention to detail and willingness to answer our questions on how to navigate our new computer. Thank you.

Cam was very helpful with explaining certain problems I was having with my new computer and Microsoft 365. I feel I am able to use the computer and the software much better now. I also learned that I can call the Geek Squad when I have frustrating problems.

The Tech who handled my installation was very professional and easy to work with. He spent a lot of time getting me used to the equipment and especially my introduction to Microsoft 10. I was very grateful for his help with helping me update my various programs i.e. Quicken, Aol, Chrome. I would have been in real trouble had I not had his instruction and help.

The Geek Squad service man, Cory, was very professional. He took his time and explained what he was doing with patience for us since we are not tech savvy people. We were completely confident in his service. He even called the next day to be sure our computer was running well. That is above and beyond!

Was extremely pleased with the Geek Squad installer from the Brentwood office location. He was courteous, considerate of covering his shoes prior to entering my place, kept his mask on, delivered and set up my entire pc unit. He was a very pleasant young man who kept asking if there were any other items he could assist. He also gave me tips for certain issues and addressed all my questions and concerns. My regret was forgetting to ask him to transfer my Adobe Reader from my laptop to this new PC. Guess I'll have to contact the Geek Squad for assistance in the very near future. Having used a laptop for five years, it's a pleasure to return to a regular PC and numeric keyboard! I'm enjoying the larger screen too! This young man also disposed of a very old unit that much older PCs used to require for speaker output as well as the box my new PC came in. This young man is a definite asset to Best Buy's Geek Squad!!! I'm purposely not mentioning his name as I'm not sure it's required.

Used a member of the local Geek Squad to set up the new computer, and so glad I did that. The cost was definitely worth it. He was extremely polite, thorough and patient - as well as very knowledgeable. As soon as he came in the door, something about him gave me complete confidence in him. If there were more people like him in the world, this would be a better place!

Shawn Bryson has to be the best Geek Squad agent of all time !! He was right on time, twice, in a professional appearance and a pleasant disposition. He is very patient with us older people that know very little about the new technology and fixed our problem in a short time. Please don't ever let him leave !!

I have been using the agents at Geek Squad for many years. They are fast and easily answer all of my questions and solve all of my problems. I have had them remote access my computer numerous times to fix problems and I trust them. They answer my questions in lay people talk and make sure I know what they are talking about. All of this for one low yearly fee!

They came a little late, but they called to let me know they would be late, and they came from far away and into the evening so I appreciated it. The installation was quick, and the installer explained everything to us, even how Roku works and how we use the remote for it and the comcast remote for comcast. Very helpful.
